Wanna be in a vehicle but not drive it? Take the fucking bus.
if you dont want to get anywhere on time
+Russell Adjei That is completely dependant on the passenger.
I know, driverless cars has to be a fad in itself. Why would you pay £30k for a at your not actually getting the most out of. Get the bus and save a fortune while you at it. I hope these cars never get off the ground
Self-driving cars will take over because of the lack of human error.
+Yours Truly computers make errors too. they have risk of malfunctioning. electronic shortages. it will be more more expensive to fix when things do got wrong. cars already have more electronics than they need. a simple combustion powered engine has worked for over a century now and it shouldnt be replaced by unnecessary luxuries. if its not broken then dont fix it.
soon "Manual" or "Automatic" won't be referring to transmission
+Max B (Maxderman) You either die as a manual shifter, or live long enough to see automatic shifting take over. You either die a driver, or live long enough to see automatic elevators on wheels driving on the streets.
nice words there! :)
I blame Tesla,who's with me?
Happy Things With John me
In the video where they test out a much more recent self-driving car; a Renault, he refers to the mere act of steering & driving as "Manual", completely subconsciously.
Like when you censored the pointless Prius. Nice!
You are a dumb fool who don't have any clue about technology...
+For People You are obviously a Prius owner, a car that spending more fuel then BMW M3 been driven normally, and still slower than me, driving my bicycle. So, pointless, slow, lack of character, front wheel drive peace of shit. If you want to "save the planet", drive Tesla.
+darko fustar Nobody is going to save the planet..just buy what you really want
V8 it is!
Only reason I bought a prius was 3 trips to the Atlanta va a week over 100 miles total each trip was much better than the 408 in my ram lol. Side note it tops out at 107 for the 06 and is surprisingly peppy so to speak. Tesla would be a great upgrade but for the price I wouldn't see my return in forever lol. I'm not one of those posh assholes that swear the prius is the best thing in the world but for its purpose it does so very well with minimal maintenance. I do enjoy that a 3000 mile round trip takes $60 lol also not trying to save the planet just gas lol
I don't want a self driving car, I love driving.
Jordan Cowell cause your 18
flex seals "You're" and not just 18 year olds love driving shut up
Jordan Cowell who doesn't
Jordan Cowell me too
Um I’m 28 and I love driving.
I refuse to live in a world where I cant drive my own car...
yep
Is it that fun really when everyone gets 1 you will love it just like fb just like the the iPhone or Jordan's whatever you like when the world starts following see how much you will like it just wait
A car is different than phones and social media. I like being in total control of a car.
+Timothy Reth nasa was hiring a few weeks back so you missed your chance
+Justin Noker FUCK!
THANK YOU for censoring that prius
+Toma Turcu *THANK
+"Dude I Almost Had You" FUCK YOU
+Toma Turcu Wtf man you can't just say ******* out loud like that its 2015 bro...
+Toma Turcu RIP English "Tahnk you"
+Toma Turcu
It's not censored enough if you can still recognise it.
I do NOT want self driving cars to become a normal thing.
Who does?
kubamax9 Kubowski - Who does? idiots fapping to fantasies about elon musk. there's a disturbingly high number of them.
Neither do I. The just take away the enjoyment of driving. I like manual cars MORE than auto cars 4 sum reasoN
The future looks shitty to me😭
Elliott_ 100 Oh it is shitty!
If all cars become self-driven i guess im going to have to learn to ride a motorbike
CAZZAC pls no
Oliver Moore it's hard enough to get bikes to self balance
CAZZAC lol you should watch the video they have on UA-cam it's like a motorcycle with a accident Collision sensors dude totally gets run over by semi truck
I have a MX-5 and still found my small displacement KTM to be more fun. So there's that.
@@ExplodedGG boy wtf i barely learned to ride a bicycle before i learned on a 600 cc sport bike at the age of 15 the bike balanced itself after like 4 mph due to the round tires you can literally let go of the handles and it'll go straight, riding a motorcycle is wayy more fun than a car
My moms car got totaled today :( it was a beautiful car....when I went to the place where the car was stored the signal light was slowly going on and off as if the car was saying- "Don't leave me, I am still alive." So sad 😢
what car was it?
+Giovanni Toro a Prius.
Giovanni Toro 2013 Toyota Highlander
+Afeeq Hasan Ouch
+Afeeq Hasan Wow. What's gone is gone I guess... Be thankful that everyone ended up safe (I'm assuming).
I hate the idea of not driving..
+Watcher me too sports cars a going to die out because of a robot driving you places
+Renzee White I'm pretty sure there will still be performance vehicles. They just won't be powered by petrol and you'll probably have to go to a track or something to drive 'em.
how different we all are, I really like the idea. no more idiots driving slowly, and idiots driving too fast.. the roads will be clear and organised and anyone can get where they want faster, because you know they will increase the speed as the technology gets better. traffic will flow in cities lol
I'm not putting my life in the hands of auto pilot. And I think it's funner to drive then just sit there
get on a freaking bus if you dont want to drive then
I really don't get the stretched tires and camber look. "I want to buy tires way more often, ruin my cars ride and handling, and look like an idiot all at the same time!"
They just like their car that wau
way
Stretching tires is a way to get your car even lower. If you have too big Tires you cant drive the car without them hitting your fenders all the time. Buy smaller tires and go low
SM Fan Or you do the smart thing and roll your fenders or buy smaller wheels. I don't get people who sacrifice function for form.
+GODOFGUITAR2112 Smaller wheels look ugly. I have 20x10,5 Wheels and 245/35 Tires on them. Any bigger would make it impossible to ride, rolling fenders have been on my mind..
The only thing I want to keep is actually driving. Even in bad conditions I love it.
And awd for the win Subaru
All this technology is just making people worse drivers. The ones that still operate vehicles themselves are better skilled drivers. It’s getting to the point to where it’s useless to even have a drivers license when the car drives you instead of you driving the car.
I love how they cencored the prius lol
animalcopWOT I laughed soo hard that Toyota gift me one of Pri*s
I like it too but they should have also blurred out the tesla aswell. People dislike the prius because it is taking away what we love about cars. Yet the tesla is taking that one step further.
Brodie Bramwell-Johnson but teslas are fast
The point of going fast is because its scary and fun. but a tesla takes the fun out of everything. It is extremely safe, heavy and is just to much of a computer
animalcopWOT lol I see it now
Good luck on your 1/783,755 chance of winning an Xbox.
+Watsonisawesome Thank you.
+Watsonisawesome anything could happen
never had console, and sadly no forza :((((
Would rather switch it for an elite and fh2 plus some other shit I have saved on Amazon that costs 772 dollars
+Watsonisawesome thanks!
thnx m9
why would you want to drive a car if you not actually driving its wtf!!!!
People are getting more lazy
I like drivin.... Its fun
To prevent crashing, and to help with long drives. It's pretty self-explanatory.
to prevent crashing? BS. Those cars won't ever be able to prevent crashes, just not cause them. Proof for this is that the Tesla killed a man in a situation in which no driver on Earth paying attention would've crashed. And then Tesla comes and says "autopilot is already better than human drivers", linking to an overall crash statistic while being unable to actually prevent a crash, being one of the safest cars on the road for reasons that have nothing to do with autopilot, counting on human intervention to save the car should something happen(and if something happens, they'll probably say the human was in control, even if they took it at the final moment), and only driving on the highway, where, as we all know, accidents don't tend to happen very often. A.K.A. Misleading PR bullshit from Tesla there.
Also the Google self driving car would've caused A LOT of accidents, but was saved by the intervention of the human drivers, and then they post their data proudly saying their car made only 1-2 accidents and trying to mislead people and make them think they're not responsible. Look it up.
I partially agree on long drives, but not actually driving can make you more prone to falling asleep, and not being able to intervene in the event the car needs you, which will most likely happen on a long road.
Uhh, no Andrei. The tesla auto driving system has stopped countless accidents (although tesla probably is counting). A failure of a system does no prove the system doesn't work at all, go look up some videos of tesla's avoiding accidents all on their own, then come back to me after you stack those up against the single failure of the auto driving system. plus a computer can share its knowledge of how to drive safer and avoid that accident in the future instantly, while a dead human cannot...
Thank you for censoring the Prius out. I don't think my eyes could've handled it.
I lol'd
But sadly you can still clearly see that it's indeed a Prius :(
Oh grow up
Do not say that p word again...
@@M67v you are probably a prius driver...
They're trying to pass some bill around to make it illegal for humans to operate vehicles after the self driving thing becomes available. Even if it's illegal I don't care I'm still driving my own car with both hands and both feet. I mean who's gonna stop me? The self driving police cars?
self driving police car: stop, you are driving your vehicle manually.
me: goes offroad
self driving police car: well shit.
basically I think it would be horrible, there are so many people who use cars for so much more than just their daily commute and even sometimes enjoy driving during their daily commute. Im personally getting my liscence sometime this year and am currently trying to either get a manual import for cheap like a 240sx or a classic car (the one it looks like I might be getting is a 1973 cutlass with an automatic transmition). I have loved cars ever since I was a kid and even got to ride in some of my favourites that my dad fixed up for his boss at work, my favourite was a 1966 chevelle ss with a 350. I currently do not care for driving the vehicles that I currently have or I have to use (a 2011 dodge grand caravan) but once I get my own I plan to work on it and will most likely enjoy driving. The sad thing is that I can see this hapeneing too, the government usually will try to enforce laws that will prevent death, but I personally think that it would be ridiculous to ban the driving of vehicles without computer guidance. It really is sad too, I would love to take my drivers test in my dad's 1990 chevy silverado but the view is "obstructed" by a hair thin crack in the wondshield so I cannot use that, and if that can deem a car unfit for the road then I would hate to see what would happen to their standards when self driving cars become a thing (even though nobody really cares about the more minor problems a car may have). But basically I would hate the government if they ever made that law a thing and I would most likely move to another place that allowed me to drive, even though it would probably be pretty easy to out run an automated police car by going offroad.
+Chevy Johnson Get the 240. You'll thank yourself for it.
+Chevy Johnson me: (in my SUV)
automated police car:stop you human!
me( goes into 4wd and parks in a mud hole)
automated police car: get back here now!
me
me: (drives deeper into mud)
automated police car: well, shit
+Chevy Johnson
Better still blind the lidar with a laser pointer and watch it crash or aim a microwave gun made from microwave over parts or military surplus radar parts at a it and watch it die.
A DLP projector also might be good for tricking the sensors and making it stop or crash.
Another fun trick have some RC cars with cut outs shaped like pedestrians attached to them drive in front of it and watch it slam on the brake.
I expect this to be a new hobby for juvenile delinquents along with spoofing the signal police will use to make self driving cars pull over remotely.
+Chevy Johnson I'm spending over 8 hours in my car during work everyday and I still enjoy it
Is that Prius censored hahahhaa
Yeah we don't want kids being exposed to them 😂
"Eco Hipsters Litter Box"
+Grant Winburn yea but Tessa's are supah cool
+Rainbow Pie dammit autocorrect
Eco Hipster Hybri-Ventilattehtripplemochafrapachino-Shitbox
"Look Grandpa! I found a picture of you and your old car, what's that round thing you're sitting behind though?"
*cries*
Z-Trip Grandpa your car has a big front window. Cries again
Z-trip Grandpa why is there a sex toy in the middle of the interior?
*GRANDPA CRI*
I will never ride in a autopilot car, my life is not going to be put into a computer's "hands"
You will laugh at this comment in 10 years trust me bud
Yeah, cause you can totally drift in auto pilot
phantom 1911 I'm aware of that, but a computer can't be better than the programmer. Both with have flaws, I'd like to be the one that takes control.
Incorrect. Common misconception. The entire point of programming is that the program you make is better than you are. Programs absolutely are better than the programmer.
Stewi you can't give something a thing u don't have. The program won't have more "brains" than us
self driving cars will never catch on. it's also nothing new. BMW has been doing this since 2001 on their 7 series and it never caught on and this will probably be forgotten about in a year or two.
+Alan Harake lets hope it wil
+Alan Harake i am a business driver and it's a right PAIN IN THE ASS to have to have to stare into the abyss for 4-5 hours a day in my car and have to hold onto a steering wheel. I would like nothing more than to have the car drive itself so I can make sales calls.
Btw, I think you're referring to assisted driving like lane control, auto cruise control etc. Very very limited and not self driving. No truly self driving cars exist. Tesla roadster works OK in the highways when it can see the lines and change lanes etc. But when it gets on a junction it needs driver control as it can't intelligently work out where it needs to go without the lane marking.s
+OnlineBackupServices Well thats just you.
+OnlineBackupServices
You will never be able to make sales calls in the car anyway, unless of course it is hands-free.
+Alan Harake Politicians will use the safety theatre that comes with it to win cheap votes and thus push for it. I bet we will see self driving cars being mandatory on certain roads.
I do look forward to having my own drunk taxi though. But that's still far away.
next video: 7 car trends we mocked 10 years ago
+TrophyT_RC nneons
I think that my biggest fear is that self driving cars will make actually driving illegal.
In 2030 dude ...
Ya exactly.
I just hope driving doesn't become illegal
as a dude living in the 2070's,I can tell you that you ain't talking no nonsense here, actual driving has been banned since 2069
Gear heads like me are gonna cry when autonomous cars are made
I know that feel bro,I wish I wasn't living in the 2070s and are living in the 2010s and 2020s like you guys
How can you call yourself a car enthusiast and "welcome" the idea of a self driving car?
Because sometimes it's nice to be able to roll a blunt while in traffic
What about stance? That, for sure will be a massive cringe in a few years. Along with cheap shit eBay HID kits in a rainbow spectrum of colours.
+TheAussieStig30 i dont think so
nah the stance you think of has been around for decades
not in western countries but in japan
for once that actually is not a short living trend
I think in some capacity, it will die out, similar to bodykits from the early 2000s, but along those same lines, I think in a couple of years the whole Rocket Bunny craze is going to die off and be looked back on as awful bullshit as well. I think since those two things are so closely related, that they'll probably die off around the same time.
+Troggie42 as i said camber and tons of low has been around for ages, it's something rather persistent
+TheAussieStig30 Fucking. Wide. Body. Kits. Stance and wide body kits. AND stretched tires. And JDM culture. All of that shit. I already cringe hard at it. SEMA this year was a fucking disgusting disaster because of all that nasty bullshit.
Slowly getting rid of manual transmission cars is bad enough but now they are getting rid of driving all together?
I'm here in the year 2076,and I'm sad to say this, ppl from the past, but that since 2069,self driving cars are the only cars that are road legal, the cars from your days are now illegal to drive on the road, even race cars are fully self driving
Autopilot seems boring, feels so empty, what's the fun in that? I dislike not having to drive at all. I mean come on!
"Hey man, how does the new car feel?"
"What do you mean"
"Like how's the steering wheel? is it comfortable?"
"What's a steering wheel"
@Rob S Ah yes because you like dying thanks to some 14 year old who decided to hack the network
@Rob S a 15 year old hacked NASA. Another 15 year old hacked the PENTAGON. There is no way it won't get hacked.
@Rob S What are you? 14?
It's an inevitability that any network of self driving cars gets hacked as at least one person that someone rich wants dead will be in one of those cars and access to the network will be practically priceless for that reason.
@Rob S Why don't you grow up to realise that the obvious isn't always correct first. When you're 8 we'll have the proper "bad people" talk, alright?
@Rob S The only thing I lost is my respect for you lol, electrononsense is not safer than good old fashioned metal and a brain. The human brain is by far more powerful than any computer we could conceive let alone make. I'm sorry you're so stupid, maybe you should go to a doctor to get your brain looked at, actually, on second thought, you're such a simpleton you should go see a mechanic instead.
I already cringe to stretched tyres, but it might be just me, anyway.
What's worse stretched tires or camber
+GAMER92097 Alright, camber is worse.
I was gonna say the same til I saw y'all comments lol
I will never accept automated cars, no matter how "brilliant" they are. Personally, cars that drive themselves are not cars in my book.
👍
Remember Wall-E? all those fat people because of technology, self driving chairs xaxa))
+RedWheelReverse
as opposed to all the exercise you get from flexing your right foot and fiddling with the wheel a bit?
+yan-Deriction Don't forget the turn signal workout! Oh, wait, people don't fucking use those anymore.
Bulgarian? Or Russian? I noticed you used xaxa in place of haha :P
+TheGrayWolf81 I am part Russian, Japanese, and German. I am Romanian
RedFireBattalion Ah, cool
Nightvision? Spoken like a desk jockey who doesn't own a car with it. I love it so much, I added it to my E46 M3, first in the world actually. Not only has it saved me from countless deer (and tickets) it does make a great conversation piece. Living in a college town, it also allows me not to accidentally (or purposefully) run over the next journalism student looking to make videos he apparently knows nothing about.
that wrap though, imagine a multipla in that wrap...
It's the next logical step. Or a Berlingo
+Car Throttle Aztek...
+Car Throttle how about the fantastic dacia sandero
+Carlo Visser Especially a Sandero with powered by fairy dust stickers Carlo.
8th trend we'll mock: subscribing to youtube channels.
"driving will be a thing of the past"
You'll have to take a breaker bar to my cold, dead hands before you even get close to my keys, pal.
forgot crazy camber
+Jonathan Girard We're facepalming about that shit right *now*!!!
That was mocked the first time it was done.
Number One: The fact that most people don't use pickup trucks and SUVs, aka Stupid Ugly Vehicles, as they were meant to be used, specifically for off-roading and/or hauling heavy things. Not for showing off and compensating for something.
That's something really annoying here in the US. Hell, I love pickup trucks and SUVs, actually my daily driver is a 1998 Chevrolet K2500HD Extended Cab Long Bed with the L65 turbo-diesel, but since I live out in the countryside, at the end of a dirt road that will get your vehicle bogged down in heavy rain, and not to mention I don't haul asses around but my need to carry/tow heavy/large loads is constant, I consider myself different from those posers. You know, I would even appreciate them even more if they are either used for work, or off-roading. I feel disgusted looking at the "higher-end" pickup trucks/SUVs and their price tags. If I want a luxury car, I would save up (you only need your determination) and buy a goddamn Bentley Mulsanne Speed, which is my dream luxury ride. Much more class, luxurious, beautiful, purposeful, quality, and quieter than any high-end trim pickup trucks/SUVs, not to mention diesel-grade torque at low engine speed and sports car performance.
The fact that the EPA or the goverment doesn't ban using SUVs/pickup trucks like normal cars is ridiculous. I mean, come on, most SUVs and 1/2-ton pickup trucks are gasoline-powered, and they drink lots of gas and emit lots of harmful emission compared to a sedan due to their weight and engine size, and yet they put more emission control stuff like EGR and DPF to our diesel engines, which are mainly used on commercial/industrial vehicles, which are work vehicles. I understand the purpose of emission control and I support it, but they should begin at the right place. And that's one more reason I love older pickup trucks/SUVs: no electronic driver aids (ABS, ESP, traction control, etc.) and manual transmissions are standard, not to mention the use of solid axle front and rear (both 4x2 and 4x4, though this is generally before 1990s). They are a more accurate reflection of their purposes, far different from their modern successors.
+Vinh Loc Quach Major Respect Take This W
f*ck self-driving cars. I wanna drive.
3:07 LOL he censored the prius
I don't know if anyone here agrees with me, but I don't like where technology is headed with cars nowadays. I've said it before in my UA-cam videos, I'll say it right here. When a car has the ability to drive by itself. It's no longer a car. It's a robot.
Kyle Smith Cars kinda do it’s called cruise control but you still gotta steer and brake I guess it’s not totally self driving but it was early self driving kinda
auto driving won't be norm, not in a million year.
i hope auto pilot never comes
Same thing people said about cellphones back in 1995
It is, deal with it.
+model guy It already has XD When someone (Tesla) releases something called autopilot, that's still what it is, despite the faults of the system and or driver error. Mercedes is as sly with their autopilot as they are with their headlamps in America. But it's still a sort of autopilot. But yeah, I hope it doesn't become the ONLY way to travel. That'd take some of the joy out of life.
It should. It would get rid of those causing traffic
"In 10 years"? More like "right now".
More like a couple of years from now
This comment hasnt got even nearly enough upvotes. Stretched tires, Pink chrome wrap... well, fuck that shit.

and we'll mock the Nissan juke FOREVER
2:54 Something I guarantee we will NEVER mock lmao
How is "actually driving" a trend? It must be the longest running "trend" in the world.
110+ years and running
+Giovanni Toro 110+ years and *driving
Bro driving is a trend just like riding a bike or skates it's a trend because only certain people love it if I could be driven around without steering would be way better for me I don't get happy driving I just feel like I'm going somewhere wanting to drive is a trend and not wanting to drive is a trend same thing
And fake wings, camber, and basically every stance trend right now
Fake wings wont go anywhere. Hell my new car has one from the factory, and honestly it looks better with it.
Cory R what do you drive? I wouldve just taken it off but put a removable functioning one on
It's a 2013 Corolla (new to me) it has the factory rear wing/spoiler on it. it would serve no purpose to put a functional wing on it.
If I still had a two wheel drive sports car then it would make more sense to change it out.
Cory R yea i want a corolla as my first car in a few months but im decided between that and my family friends 2015 mustang gt with 2k miles
My first vehicle was/is a 1966 Chevrolet. To date I've actually never legally owned a vehicle less than 40 years old.
3:10 - the censored Prius I can't stop laughing 😂😂😂
I`m sorry, but driving by yourselves will go out one day in your opinion? That`s why you make MX-5 so fun to drive? That`s insane.
I can`t believe any car guy can say that.
I don't think true car guys/gals will ever laugh at actually driving. Myself I don't believe I could ever let a car drive me... much.
Car Throttle never gets boring^^
I´m looking forward to every new video :)
3:08 I laughed so hard that they censored out a Prius 😂😂
I died when you censored the freaking Prius
Self driving car... Huh BBBOOORRRIIINNNGGG
Screw autonomy. I'll like driving just fine
autono(r)my is for pussies
I won't ever get a self-driving car. That'd be like hiring someone to be romantically involved with my wife.
I doubt I'll ever buy a self driving car. I just love driving too much.
I'm a fan of some of them but how were Rocket Bunny and Liberty Walk kits not on this list? They're the contemporary equivalent of all those kits people threw on their cars during the late 90s and early 00s
They’re still in fashion lol
Self-driving cars? Fuck that! I want to have complete control of my own car!!
3:07 LOL THANK YOU FOR BLURING OUT THAT HORROR OF SOCIETY XP
I was eating and almost choked when THAT appeared at 0:41... hahaha
Another one spotted at 2:16... hahaha
I like where the automobile industry is headed, but I seriously think that an "auto-drive" feature takes away the fun, and even *purpose* of vehicles and driving in general. I can NOT see myself sitting in a Mercedes-Benz with no hands on the wheel, I'd much rather be driving the painstakingly non-power steering Hudson Hornet than to surrender my brain cells to a robot that will probably kill me.
+SamuraiSeth Gaming Enjoy the auto-drive, AI is near, the robots will kill us all anyway.
I don't understand this. How does it take away the purpose of vehicles? Will you suddenly start walking everywhere when self driving cars become the norm?
You trust robots to fly airplanes and manage and secure your bank account, but not to drive you somewhere?
Neither. I don't trust robots at all. I keep all my money in cash and ina safe place, and I simply drive or bike anywhere I need to, honestly.
+SamuraiSeth Gaming Hope those lizard people don't get you.
wonder if self driving vehicles will let you drive if you want to...
Yes. They rely on the driver to take control should things get really bad. Also, they don't handle driveways very well.
you are describing the present, the guy was talking about the future
Sorry, my mistake. In that case, I really don't know. I hope so, or I would end up with an outdated car that I could control, should I wish to.
if my self driving car allows me to do that,I would floor it everywhere I go
5 years later, all that's going through my head is ohhhhh were half way there eeeeeee wwoooahahhh
you guys are absolutely awesome! i learned so much from you guys!!!
**Error** when talking about the charms....Their "levitation" is not due to gravitational forces, its due to Centripetal Force. Just thought I would let you know:)
3:07 despite the censorship, I still have been blinded
The insight on night vision was quite accurate. Perhaps, once the windshields themselves inherit full display capabilities, that feature will become more intuitive/meaningful. Cheers!
Watching this in 2020 and some of these trends already look old skool!
Oh and love the Matrix insertion “Not like this”!
now in 2076 combustion engine are so old school that they're banned, electric cars and hovercars are now all the rage, even a Ferrari SF1000 from 56 years ago can beat these hovercars in a drag race, but now everyone got personal spaceships tho lol
One thing i can't stand and do not get at all is people who put eyelashes on their headlights, they should be given an automatic 6 points on their license just for that.
the REAL reason behind self-driving cars is : 1 hand can hold that starbucks coffee and the other hand can hold that iphone..
lol @ the 4 arm guy in night vision mode.
in order to make the self driving car a thing you will have to get rid of all non self driving cars and people will never stand for that
You censored something. Nice job protecting our children.
i wanna know what it was...
It is a Prius
The Pri*s is something that assholes in the 2070s treats like a Ferrari 250 GTO
Well it's already been seven years, EV anxiety has just started to go down with the opening of the supercharger network, thinner sidewalls on tires are annoyingly popular, night vision is basically gone
Love the way the censored the Prius at 3:08 😂
Bootlids that open and close electrically. Seriously. Why?
Ever had so much crap in your hands you couldn't open the trunk (or boot, I guess)? Bingo. It's actually practical.
+erekllama But so little crap that you can dig your keys from your pocket and press the button? :D
+erekllama But a pedal under the rear bumper will be more reliable in the long run that these radars pointed to the ground...
+Bladsmith I'm pretty sure they go by proximity. Oh, the key is within a couple of feet? we'll allow the sensor to be activated.
+THEASSOSIATION
Sadly, no. You would have so much malfunctioning. What if you just walk behind your car to get past, and the boot automatically opens for you?
Love the video :)
Thanks a lot Christian.
+Car Throttle Awesome night vision idea, when are you going to upload the Tesla Video. I can't wait! :)
+Car Throttle these are so true!
per the wrap thing: I wrapped my car in metallic tropical blue. (close to that metallic blue that Mazda uses if you've seen it) its not very tacky if at all, and I love the colour.
About night vision... it will never be really useful until they have it as a fully collimated HUD. But in radar, not infrared. It could project shapes on your windscreen to show you things like the side of the road, lane markings, obstacles. That's what I'm looking forward to.
lol they censored the Pr*us
I seriously don't like the idea of the electric cars. I'm more of a muscle guy so I don't want the future to be that.
would you rather like a future where you keep your muscle cars and climate change becomes worse or have electric cars and treat the planet a little better
U know shit about climate changes, u just repeat all the modern propaganda.
keep being in denial until its to late
JJ. Muscle cars
2:16 lol the guy with the fist legs
my god the prius censoring I DIED.
car trend that we'll mock = actually driving. WOW GOOD ONE CAR THROTTLE!
censored the prius, good job
I find it very difficult to think of a world where all cars drive themselves. As frustrating as driving can be sometimes, there is something poetic about having your hands on the wheel of a car and moving a marvel of human engineering. Sure it'll be a nice feature like if you're late night driving and need sleep or drunk, but in everyday use I like being in control.
Love how the Prius was censored 😂
what is the point of having a car when you don't even enjoy driving? take the fucking bus or bicycle and stop polluting the environment ffs
Couldn't say it better. I see many fat people out there who need to get in their cars and drive to a shop that's 500 - 1000 ft from their home while purchasing stuff that literally even a child can lift. Instead of this "self-driving" concept, why wouldn't we work out by riding a bike instead? If you don't have time for exercises then that would be a great substitution.
Agree. Y is the world and fucking rules have to destroy every beautiful thing n the world and replace it with some shit high tech stuff? 😢
As someone who spends 20 hours a week in traffic... I would love to have the Teslas autopilot... Just minus the Tesla.
Why "minus" the most innovative car company in the world???
+Ramon Zarat do you know the cost of replacing their batteries? Lmao
and minus the death
the tesla autopilot doesn't work in traffic, only on motorways.
It does work in traffic, if you know Tesla's way of getting around stupid laws... ;)
That pink wrapped Range Rover that was pictured somewhere near the a1, they also have a BMW 4x4 wrapped in chrome lol
3:11 Prius That got censored LOLLLLLLL!!!!!
Nope. I'll keep my car. No automatic driving, SCREW THAT!
The UA-cam Phantom Official agree
I trust BMW drivers to signal, more than I trust auto drive.
The UA-cam Phantom Official whell auto drive is dangerous
Kommadant Wolf Tankenstein SS-308 It's not dangerous, I mean, I hope it doesn't become a norm because I still want to drive, but it's not dangerous
sorry , but I just can see these autonomos cars becoming a trend except for elder people. I mean wheres the fun? Especially in sporty cars, you wanna be in full control because its so much fun
+Robinson K It's for people who use cars as transport. How boring.
+Robinson K It's so you don't have to do the boring parts of driving. You can still take control when you hit a twisty B road and have some fun.
I mean, really, does anyone actually enjoy stop-start driving through rush hour traffic?
+Robinson K You're a kids, majority of people do it to go to places. Much of the world spends their time in traffic jams - so much fun!
Motoring is like golf. It isn't supposed to be 'fun'!
3:07 you censured the prius 😁😂
lol they censored that Toyota prius. THANK YOU CARTHROTLLE FOR SAVING MY EYES!!!
Self driving cars we never be legal I alone will make sure of that
+JamesBond Except for the fact that they already are, we just saw it in the video and they're selling them at dealerships.
why would you not want to drive
Millionaires: I woke up inside a new bugatti
Me: I woke up inside a new datsun go+
2:51 lol that Suzuki
its stupid to have a car wich could drive itself :o
+Nikola “HW” Rakic It's stupid to have a plane which could drive itself. See the resemblance to your comment? Think before you type.
Thats stupid too
May be not stupid but boring
*****
No Filip, the drivers which spend the most time on the road are truck/commercial drivers. The point is that with this technology, these drivers would not be needed and the roads would be a lot safer without half asleep people driving giant vehicles. The same as autopilot in the big commercial planes (which still need pilots in case of emergency, taking off and landing).
+TheFriskySquid
But like you said,if cars were all 100% automated, then the truckers, racers,ECT. wouldn't be needed any more. SO MANY PEOPLE would be out of work, and people are having problems finding jobs ALREADY,so the idea of making the situation even WORSE just seems stupid. No offense.
