i had the same problem bro. i had python installed already. go to bottom right of pycharm and right click install interpreter and search for your python installed version. If you dont already have it installed download it from the web and then choose it as the interpreter. hope this helps

There is error in my program that is 'Defaulting to user installation because normal site -packages is not writeable'.please help me to solve this problem
I'm trying to open a text file and print it as a string. I've made sure there is text in the .txt file but when I run the code it just prints empty space, I don't know what to do at this point since I couldn't find anything that could help me with my problem.........if you give me the answer i will be very thankful of you thanks i am using vs code language : python
I facing the problem, it say " this app cant run in your PC, to find a version of your pc, check with the software publisher. I tried installed and uninstalled many times. try to installed 2023 pycharm too. and try to set my local policy and user control, now i have no idea what just happened
after clicking create new project , it started the installation the python and show that installation is failed. This happened multiple times, what can i do now??

@@BombasticD07 bro its simple after you install the whaterver he told dont turn off your network connection . You will see that when you try to run a program it willl show invalid python interpreter and show on top two options' run configuration for python interpreter' and 'use python interpreter 3.7 . ' click on use python interpreter 3.7'

What the mean?
i had the same problem bro. i had python installed already. go to bottom right of pycharm and right click install interpreter and search for your python installed version. If you dont already have it installed download it from the web and then choose it as the interpreter. hope this helps
