That's great advice! I would add another key element to success: the automation of time-consuming tasks, such as email follow-up, sending invoices, etc. With the no-code tools available today, anyone can automate business processes very easily, freeing up time to focus on more important things.

Awesome video! And my two cents' worth re: business websites: just do it. It's so easy nowadays and realistically, it is something a lot of people expect at this point.
Spend the most time on market research and getting sales from those potential customers. Start with a service if you need to make money in the next couple of months.

I'm a bit stuck and need some advice on how to validate my idea. The product I want to sell cater toward the younger crowd, but where I live, there aren't many. Majority of college students are mostly found in downtown area or college campuses. However, I live about 45 minutes away from those locations and many people I know are older (40 and up) with adult kids who have kids. So, how should I go about this?

You should not start spending money before you start making it, business fails, ideas fails.
If you do all that registration before you even have a product to sell, you're setting up yourself for failure because you already spent your own money.
You should MAKE MONEY BEFORE SPENDING MONEY.
All this legal registrations will make you lose time and lose money.
