I would have a little change in the wet room and get a nice bath added, just my preference. Nice size conservatory. And of course plenty of the dreaded shingle 👍
Some negatives which were not included. ' Easy maintenance ' awful shingle for a start. Next you have a load of fitted furniture in the bedrooms that you probably don't want. Then there's no flow to the property narrow hallways leading to the ill sited rooms. Two bathrooms but no bath even though there would have been space for one .Oh and the fully glazed roof in the conservatory which is the last thing you want in the summer unless you want to bake yourself with all that glass ! Not a very desirable property really .
Being tucked away in a private pocket so close to the town center is a real asset. The large lounge and conservatory provide ample living space.
Watching the stars at night is my thing - it must be good to have a conservatory glass roof!
In Sussex a property like this one would be twice the price. Retiring to Norfolk, could become very appealing!

Very nice! My wife said that she would like a smaller house than the one we presently have, and this would suit very nicely!
Good layout but small bedrooms, you'd have to breathe in to walk round the sides of the bed in the first bedroom. Nice location.
Good value for money and more suited for couples given the size of the property. The driveway shingle would have to go and replaced with block paving.
Shingle kills the kerb appeal......its hideous & its not low maintenance.
Garden is pokey, which is a shame for a 3 bed bungalow.
Very nice, good price, it would be at least £100k more in Leicestershire. Perhaps we’ll have to look in Norfolk.

Lots of storage, but no "elbow" room in the corridors - open a door and the corridor is blocked.
This is actually a bargain to me - in Essex it would be at least £500,000
