Was great bands like this I so wished I lived in England in the early 80s. I wanted to discover them THEN not 40 years later but THANX UA-cam 💖Still glad to have their music before I leave this Earth 🤪😘🙏🏻😊
So good! Brings back memories of seeing them around this time for the first time. Somewhere in Kentish Town I think. Blew my mind! The whole audio visual experience was so far ahead of its time. What a band!
Hands down my favourite of all their albums, though I’ve heard hard core Cab fans never rated it. Oh well, bollocks to them. To think I’d never even heard of them when I bought the tape on a whim from HMV - I just liked the cover!
Thanks for upload, it brings back my memory of their gig at Liverpool in mid 80, same voice and move of Stephen Mallinder, same bass and same cool jacket he wore. Unforgettable! Great live!
The Cabs have been one of my favorite bands for about 40 years now. They rarely toured the US. I read that Richard H. Kirk didn't like to fly. So glad I got to see them in 1991 at the Ritz in NYC, even though they were well into their House music phase.
Re-Upload, Better Quality.
Thank you for preserving this important artifact of a dead culture.
We're keeping it alive
I cant even believe this band even happened, so talented, so legendary
They rocked my house
Best band ever. I know.
RIP Rich Kirk. Pioneer.

So many of these underrated brit new wave type bands ! Great band!
Have you heard the album 'Code'. My favourite
I was into Depeche but also loved Cabernet Voltaire and Nizer ebb. You'd hardly here of them outside of the most indie clubs
Also Portion Control
Man I was about 18 at that time .Discovering different music heard them in radio for the first time.
Absurdity That the music of the future was made 40 years ago and today It's not music even for the past.
I love Cabs
The music of today isn't even music it's pure bollocks
Insuperable.!!
i watched this on tv that night..
Great pioneers of electronic music in England. brilliant!!
RIP R.H.Kirk

The Kentish Town & Country Club. I saw Cabaret Voltaire play there a few times.
@@alistairrobb1118couldn’t remember if it was there or the Bull & Gate!
First time I ever saw slap bass as I recall!
Hadn't heard them before, but I'm getting into it ✌️💙
sensoria video.
Thanks for sharing Cabs from their classic mid-80s period.
Good stuff
Sooooo talented 👏
Way ahead of the game
They were the game.
Bloody hell! I just saw myself at 4:45 in the background behind Steven Mallider!
You were talking to someone...were you on the left or right?

Absolutely. Covenant was the first Cabs album I bought and for me, nothing else ever surpassed it.
I rated this a bit higher than Micro. Definitely the 83-85 period was tops for myself. Gasoline, Kino...
Definitely their very best.
This is a true gem!
Best electronic band ever
New Order, Depeche Mode etc would like a wrd.
Give severed heads a nod too pal
Kraftwerk.
I said etc "pal". I don't have any interest in listing EVERY band
Maxim I Want YOU !!
