It truly is. Everyone's holding hands and farting glitter. I had a raider come up to me and ask if I wanted a comic book.🙄 Fallout hasn't felt like fallout in so long.
It needs to be on par with what ESO has. I'd also like the locations to be able to have CAMP placement so there's more to it than a linear mission. The Pitt sucked in this regard.
The current 2 "The Pitt" map expansions are already explorable without time limit, and there is hidden lore to be found. The game saves on checkpoints and you can pause and continue at a later time if you decide to follow the mission objectives. I think repeatable challenging missions are what is needed as the game has not much endgame content. More expeditions will give players the choice to pick from more than the current 2 "raids" so it doesnt get boring too quickly.
It appears that is what they are doing with this one. Expeditions are a way to "get off" the main map. They are removing the requirements to start one. Now you can simply go whenever you want. From the video, it appears there is a working casino with NPCs along with a mission you can do. How much to explore and story included is undetermined though.
This is an expedition? All my excitement was just lost.... why don't they add more world space to explore like they did with the other Fallouts or how Elder Scrolls Online adds new lands to explore, expeditions are so boring! do you think it's because they can't say it's also on different platforms aswell maybe🤔
Let's get another expedition. MOJAVE DESERT!!!
I mean they literally said it was an expansion. I feel like if it was an expedition they wouldve said that instead. I just hope its actually big and brings a lot more content
"let your dream home take root".... except that they limit the camp build limit to WAY too little to actually be able to build anything really good. and the stash is so small you can't collect guns/armor because of the tiny stash weight limit
