They also have a Scuffshield Matt but can’t find much about it. Heritage seems durable enough for me and a decent finish.

try Johnstones trade ultra last matt I'd bet that would be a lot better as all the johnstones trade paints ive used have been better and ive used nearly all of them diamond satinwood no way near johnstones aqua guard I wouldn't touch diamond matt if it were free
Don't know how much Dulux paid you for this promo but that Diamond trade matt stuff is terrible. Worst matt out there imo best of luck trying to scrub it. And the satinwood isn't much better. It's not for me, regardless of what changes Dulux have made - which I doubt will be anything significant.
