Pretty crazy how Maul managed to go toe to toe with Palpatine on his own for that long, also- in a deleted scene Maul actually force pushed Palpatine straight up and into a wall brutally

So I thing pogel the lesser would have made contingency plans in case of the species extinction. In my mind there would be 4 sites.Site A would house Geonosian queen eggs 20 or so with a crew of b-1s and Guard b-2s with a super tacticaldroid overseer. Site B would store the history and knowledge of the species, this site would take place in/near site A.Site C would be a small Druid factory under all of that.Site D would be a back up for site A with less crew and queen eggs. These sites would be air locks preventing the sterilization gasses from effecting the eggs. There would be other less known sites that reinstate the wildlife that would be released at random. The eggs would be stored in cryogenic storage( as well as the wildlife).
You can make a story out of it like a scavenger walks into one and actives the rest or something similar to that.
You don’t have to credit me I would want to see what you would do with it.
I would love to see this go forward curious how it would go with the republic and the good ole alien invasion from their galactic neighbors.
Dooku hasn’t had his runins with quinlan and ventress at this point. Maul & savage v sidious is before Ahsoka’s departure from the Jedi, in which ventress is still alive.

@@JoseRivera-er1xu Ahsoka is more skilled than Savage, but I don't think she is as strong as he is. After all, he force choked Ventress and Dooku at the same time. And did the same to Obe-Wan and Anakin. That is the definition of power.
@@GENGHISKHAN-hk3qs true, but he couldn't beat Kenobi even when he had Maul on his side, and he isn't that skilled with his lightsaber either, given the fact that he got destroyed by Sidous. He got lucky with Ventress and Dooku, and even then Dooku was moping the floor with him. I'd say Savage is super overrated and he wouldn't last 60 seconds with Tano

Savage Oppress lasted longer with Palpatine than those Jedi Masters.
Palpatine was most likely not using his full power against savage and maul
Actually in the legends novel for the film it’s shown that palpatine tricks the first master to read his mind and the Jedi closes his eyes in that moment palpatine then reveals his lightsaber and kills him via decapitation instantly he also uses force scream when he charges which left all of the Jedi stunned and allowed him to kill two Jedi within the first second and fisto met palpatine head on and then mace and they lasted about 45 seconds- a minute before fisto died and it was lastly mace who used his special lightsaber form to channel both his and palpatines rage back at palpatine which allowed him to defeat palpatine in a duel before anakin arrives. When savage fought sidious he was purposely not trying and killed savage effortlessly and then only used a little effort to defeat maul after maul kicked him. When palpatine fought the masters he went all out like he did against yoda and fisto lasted a full minute while mace defeated the dark lord

Disclosure I know this isn’t the case: hear me out if we use power scaling as sidious battle times, mauls time was very good in comparison to the Jedi masters and at which point puts him at very good duelist, Kenobi then destroys maul in there lat battle instantaneously therefore Kenobi>sidious

Unfortunately, I think Savage will always die in every timeline due to how Maul's character was built, Maul must feel as much pain as possible.
I think Maul would have trained his brother before the fight with Dooku, I think he would have noted Savage’s power in the force after they both defeated Sidous cause no way Maul is doing it on his own

Can't wait for part two! Especially since Maul was considered to be a powerful apprentice by sidious. If he learns everything from Dooku, just how powerful will he become? And will he seek out another apprentice of his own?
The CIS would colapse without Dooku and Grevious but the republic would be bankrupt. Maul now controls mandalore and all the crime syndicates, now the republic has to fight the formerly neutral Systems plus all the criminal syndicates and manage to incorporate as many CIS planets as possible, maul could offer independence to CIS planets if they join potentially still having a droid army plus the mandalorians and crime organisations under his command. He would easily crush the republic and could have a spy in the next chancellors cabinet to convince him to execute order 66. Then take coursant and declare himself emperor. He'd have to wipe out the clone army tho.
As for an apprentice I'd reckon he'd try and convert a Jedi survivor to the dark side as his apprentice, but not Anakin. I think Anakin would be in the outer rim sieges at this point and would fly straight to courscant to rescue padme. And since the Jedi order is no more he'd be free to live his life with him, and with him not killing Jedi at the temple he could lead Jedi knights, padawans and younglings and be a master. Also there's a chance that Ahsoka might still be his padawan since with Palpatine dead at this point Barris might not have blown up the temple. So Maul will have to deal with a full potential Anakin, more Jedi survivors, and Luke skywalker being trained by Anakin from birth. But he would have a more powerful empire than Palpatine. And possibly less insurrection than him because maul would delegate more and care more about stable rule than palps rather than oppressive rule. In cannon mandalore under maul was better off than mandalore under the empire. He would find puppet governors to rule on his behalf and would leave the systems to self govern.
@@diegolarrea6282 He would certainly need a powerful apprentice to help him eventually face a still whole Anakin Skywalker and Ashoka Tano. Also Master Yoda and Obi Wan Kenobi's fates and indeed that of Mace Windu would be unclear as Windu would never duel palpatine. I have always thought Maul could rise to be the equal of Windu one day with enough time and discipline but he would have to face Anakin Skywalker before he achieves his full potential or he has no chance.

Maul and Savage cared for each other as deeply as either of them were able, they were just too fucked up between the Nightsisters and Sith training to understand what that meant.

I had a question. How did the Jedi even know about the rule of two? If I remember correctly Bane destroyed all the Sith and from then on the Sith remained hidden.

The only way I can see this happen is if Maul briefly tapped into a rage boost after Sidious fatally wounded his brother Savage, for that brief moment Mauls potential power would completely dwarf Sidious allowing him to strike his Master down. Since Jedi Masters and Sith Lords could sense each other even across the Galaxy, Vader would sense Sidious presence vanish and know someone killed him, he would finally be free from his former Masters control and be able to do whatever he wants like take over the Empire and upgrade himself to become more powerful. Back to Maul, he would do anything in his power to heal his brother and if he does end up healing him, Vader's impending threat would put Maul in position to rigorously train his brother so they will ready for Vader. Eventually, Vaders lead would guide him towards Maul and the entire Galaxy would be under another war, Vaders Empire would fight against Mauls Criminal Empire, ultimately the battle would come down to Vader VS Maul and Savage. There are two ways this would end; The Realistic Ending; despite Savage surpassing his brother and being at 90% of pre-upgrade Vader, post-Upgrade Vader is much more powerful and kills them both. The More Interesting Ending; Vader leaves thinking he killed the Zabrak brothers but Savage had survived and being motivated to avenge his brother, he retreats to Dathomir and begins studying the Dark Side Magik, becoming more powerful over the years until he reaches his full potential and becomes Darth Venger or something like that. In order to take down Vader, Savage allies the forces of Dathomir and Chiss in a coup against Emperor Vader and having the natural advantage of more organic body thus more midichlorians plus numerous Dark Side Magik spells and power amps, he defeats Emperor Vader and ushers his own era of Sith

@@babatunde7940 yes sir , read the CANON Maul Son of Dathomir comic based in between season 5-6 of Clone Wars, Maul defeats Dooku 1v1 and captures him. Sidious even said Maul was a true loss to his plan, Dooku was just a temp. Dooku was 30 years older than maul. If maul grew more and trained just as long as Dooku , he would be twice as powerful. Maul at at his current age could fight Dooku to a stalemate at minimum.

just after he butchered a contingent of dathomirians who were sent there by maul. Maul never engaged dooku in a fight neither in canon nor in legends, and if he did he would get folded like a lawn chair. I mean, dooku, far beyond his prime fought consistently in 2v1 against both obiwan (which is considered to be one of the best duelists of his era) and anakin (the literal chosen one) and almost always won. plus he went toe to toe with yoda with the lightsaber and was atleast top 5 force users at the time. Maul on the other hand, got ragdolled by fucking ahsoka tano. You can bet on one thing, if ahsoka were to fight against dooku, she would get absolutely bodied and theres no discussion about it.

If maul and Savage had killed palpatine, the sith grand plan would have failed. Maul had no idea how to carry it forward neither did Dooku. With the element of surprise gone the Jedi would have eventually hunted down Dooku, maul, and savage finally ridding the galaxy of the sith.

Here is my part 2 version I would say
Since Count Dooku is now dead and Grievous the separatist council I’d say in a way doesn’t have a leader so with Maul still wanting power he would gather his troops and go to Cato Nemoidia where he and his troops would capture and question anybody who knew where Nute Gunray is and after getting enough information mauls forces would travel to where he is and storm the area and shoot any droid that stood in there way. Maul would have some troops that would get killed but they still managed to enter where Nute Gunray is in and so finally in the main room where he is in Maul would tell Nute Gunray that Count Dooku and Grievous are dead and that he would like command of his army and if he declined Maul would kill him. the viceroy would accept and Maul would order him to tell the entire separatist council and even the separatist senate that he would be their new leader and that he would try to have them gain victory and Maul would have a lot of power and with the republic hearing about this he and his army would be the enemies of the republic
So mauls Mandalorians, the black sun, the pyke syndicate, the hutt clan, and the separatist armies would be apart of mauls army

If Darth Maul and Savage killed Darth Sidious and defeated Count Dooku they still have the Jedi to worry about. With nobody to turn Anakin to the darkside Anakin will remain on the light side and with a team of Anakin and Obi wan Kenobi they would stand no chance and will most likely be killed or defeated and locked up somewhere. With Maul killing Satine and Qui gon jinn Obi wan probably had enough of Mauls bullshit and will probably kill them despite not being the Jedi way. Maybe it will open a path for a Darth Obi wan kenobi and Anakins the good guy this time around?

I feel its a real missed potential in Maul and Savage adopting some Beskar armour, lightsabre resistant pieces on your body to use as additional shields works very well with Mauls fighting style that incorporates a lot of physical strikes
and as a sidenote it just looks amazing, remember Kenobi in the mandalorian armour? man that looked good, and if he got a paint job for it to match him, would have been the best

This was a great video! Something that would make the theory even more crazy (and cool) would be if Dooku brought Quinlan Vos in to fight for him (since Vos was his apprentice at the time). That would also bring Ventress and the Jedi in to try to free Vos and kill Dooku, so it would lead to Ventress fighting Savage again. The battle would be Dooku and Grevious and Vos vs. Maul and Savage and Talzin vs. Ventress and Obi-Wan and Anakin.
***Notice another thing Sidious does is hold back knowledge. He IS the Master of Force Speed! BUT he never teaches ghis ability! Mul and savaga, if they too knew and mastered the ability, would be able to Push Sidious. But Defeat him?! Same with Yoda, he didnt use ghis ability, but if he had it be Over quick. SID is pure psycho, he gets a thrill in prolonging the kill OR killing without notice***

Dooku would beat Maul lol. Dooku legitimately contended with Yoda, while Maul got stomped by Sidious, and Yoda is an even better duelist than Sidious. Dooku has also been stated many times to be a equal to Mace Windu as a duelist.
No he didn't. Yoda would have owned him if he hadn't dropped that thing on Obe-Wan and Anakin.

If by the will of the Force, Sidious would be defeated, then Maul's fate would be sealed. He would be found and destroyed by Jedi. There would be no order 66, Separatists would be defeated without Palpatine helping them and thousands of Jedi's would hunt for Maul and his brother. Even mother Talzim wouldn't help much in this scenario.

The galactic Republic would start to worry bail Organa Padme Amidala and other politics and senator's "where is Chancellor Palpatine?" Emergency investigation would happened police military has starting searching for him the Jedi would focusing on the Force to find where he is only to discover he was the darklord of the Sith and now Dooku is dead and Darth Maul is now Sith Lord.

Eh, I don't really think Maul would be able to defeat Dooku. Maul was trained as a Sith Assassin and never really learned the intricacies of the Sith or advanced knowledge of the Force. Dooku was one of the best duelists of the era, fully trained as a Jedi and Sith. Even in his advanced age, Dooku could still hold his own and defeat Savage and Ventress (the later of whom was more powerful and better trained than Maul).
I disagree. I think Dooku would probably have won, despite his age. If he had grievous with him, he would certainly have beaten the brothers.
Then Maul would lose the Empire because he wasn't as charasmatic as Palpatine was. He would show that the Sith are still there and would then be hunted by Anakin. Grievous would fall, Dooku would fall and then Maul. The Republic would close out the clone wars and have peace sooner.
Question: with Palpatine dead and the Galactic Empire non-existant, what's going on with the Republic? I mean, with the Supreme Chancellor missing, it's gotta be chaos!
They wouldn't have been able to, if you put Sidious's power level at at least 2000 and each of the Maul twins is just over 1000, he's just too strong. He can just force choke them, there is no realistic chance. In lightsaber combat Sidious is better, by a decent margin, in force powers Sidious could kill or harm them from afar as the power level between them is just too big. It's a cool thought experiment though but there is no realistic way they'd win except getting exceptionally lucky.
Maul could never defeat Dooku. He was ventress level and nothing more. This is why Star Wars Theory is goat
