- My friend Jacob took me out in his 500bhp ABT RS3, and it's absolutely MENTAL! The ABT RS3 is incredibly rare in the UK as there's only 2 known examples, this being one of them!

The RS3 in all its forms is understated, which is one of its benefits, the look it leaves on other drivers faces in “fast” cars is the best bit 😂 best hatch car there is 👍🏻 jacob owning the Abt version for a £10 is awesome 👍🏻

Only power s which is +60 hp +36 ft tq on 93 but can run on 91

Beautiful car👌🏽 looks like the intake needs to be sorted tho where it joins together. It looked like it was separating when he was giving it throttle with the hood open. I'm pretty sure there should be a coupler there at that split. Maybe some motor mounts to keep the engine from jumping around as much.

Insurance on these is a mystery to me (in a good way) I’ve come away from an a6 Avant to an rs3 and the insurance is cheaper...at £510pa

james smith I’ve been with LV since 2002. Started off with a Range Rover p38 £310, and everything subsequent for a number of years was still £310. Only went up a bit with a Suburu Forester wrx! The A6 Avant was a 2015 2.0 diesel cost £530 to insure and when I renewed for the rs3 they said the6 could do a bit better and settled on £510 with a £400 excess.

@@trollhuntersuk5168 No no! Just observation!! Hoping the owner would see my post and see's the coolant level was a bit low? but that may be for a reason! I am not sure? And there was quite a bit of movement when he started the car which is common with all RS3's just letting him know he can get better than standard engine mounts from Iroz in the States as a friend with an RS3 has the mounts and it makes a huge difference especially when you plant the right foot!! And no Jealousy as I watch all the car channels on you tube and am in Awe of all cars on this and other channels! Cheers
Hey guys! amazing car! can I ask if these mods voided the factory warranty? Never really had a clear answer on this. Maybe Jacob knows for his car.
Dan Rosam They do. Richter do a full in depth inspection before the car is modded though so if there is anything to pick up on they should find it. After that point it’s just bad luck I guess..
Actually if it's through ABT they offer a 2 year drivetrain warranty if anything happens from their modifications 😉

I have an rs3 saloon and prefer the standard look, the abt changes look tacky and as for the front wing inserts and rs3 front badge, no way thanks. Actually I think they’ve ruined the car, except for the engine bay which looks great. Why so many stupid badges.
