I'm 35 weeks pregnant and have been doing on and off HIIT workouts. As I'm coming to the end of my pregnancy and carrying all this wait around, it was refreshing to find your channel. Loved the toning exercises and stretches! Perfect workout for this mama without all the jumping and jarring. Thank you:)
Dear Jessica, you are the one I have always waited for, I LOVE your classes. I wouldn't miss one of them. I have always wanted to dance as a ballerine, your exercices are so easy and pleasant to follow. And thanks to you, as I am a french girl, I can improve my english. Sad today is the last day of our structured "Summer Shape Up" routines. Thank you THANK YOU THANK YOU Jessica for putting this together, and for supporting us every step of the way. Your personal attention to my comments has helped keep me motivated and made me feel like you have been right here with me the whole way. I love, love, LOVE the barre routines. They totally exhaust my muscles without being painful in the wrong places (joints, etc). I could do this one everyday. I always feel taller after.
So long to the Summer Shape Up Challenge...loved the grace and strength of this workout. I have gained ( lost ) so much through this transformational 5 weeks. I can not thank Jessica enough for finally putting my 40 year old body on the right track to real fitness. Completed the Summer Challenge with Jillian Micheal's Ripped in 30, then added Core Power and Flow and Relax: Movement and Stillness from Yin Yang Fusion! I've earned rest for the remainder of my trip in Missouri. Now I have to come up with a new workout plan/schedule for Monday. :) Maybe a Jessica Smith DVD rotation. oh gosh! I am so glad no one was home to watch me do this workout. I would totally be the comedy relief for today!!! Nothing graceful about me! Not that I care! I had a good laugh and a good workout! I kept looking at Peanut rest on the mat while you were stretching..Mine stayed right by me the entire time as well. Thank you Jessica!

The SSUC is done for my final day I did both Hotel room workouts, Saddlebags and Inner Thighs, And the Abs with the chair. I am going to use the SSUC workout plan again to stay on track. Thank You Jessica for being such a great workout partner and for being so encouraging. I have let go of my fear of the scale because I no longer care what the number is I have started feeling more comfortable in my clothes.
Yayy Me! I did all 52mins and 15 seconds...on a weeknight...after 9 hours at the job...3 hours in traffic...and a preschooler fighting bedtime! But that was an another awesome workout and I was definitely feel it even with my lil 2lb weights!
This workout has literally improved my back view and has toned my body in exceptional ways! It's amazing how this low impact and gentle movement workout challenges and changes many trouble areas. It's definitely one of my favorite go-tos!
I did the belly,buns and thigh walk for today. A huge thanks to you for putting all this together for us! looking forward to our next workout together!

Just finished Week 5 Day 6 with the Flat Abs Walk. Thank you for this program Jessica. I have lost weight, lost inches off my waistline, am so much stronger and can endure a lot more workouts! I will definitely be repeating these 5 weeks in the near future. You are an AMAZING instructor!
Didn't have time to post Saturday, but finished the summer challenge-yay, yay, yay!!! Huge accomplishment for me because I usually like to do my own thing and have never finished ANY program (even a ten day one) and I've done exercise videos for over twenty years! You chose a great video to finish with-showed the improvement in my strength, flexibility and balance. Thank you for taking me out of my comfort zone and for five weeks of FUN! Week five day six complete with Belly, buns, and thighs walk...that one is one of my absolute favorites!! Thanks Jessica...I will be starting week one again tomorrow!! This time I am getting my sister involved!
Yesterday I did the belly, buns and thigh workout and I built up a nice sweat, perfect way to get my day started! This morning I did the barre burn to make up for yesterday and my legs will probably be sore tomorrow :) Thank you for this summer shape up Jessica, I already saw results on my legs and abs but I will do it once more to further get more results. You're the best!!
Loved this as I love all Jessica’s routines because of the variety she provides. This Barre routine was a terrific moderate intensity day workout and there are lots of challenges in there. My glutes were shaking at one stage. It was fun and the time passed by very fast. Peanut was adorable as usual.

For some reason, this was the only workout of the entire 5 weeks that I was yelling at you from my living room. But I got through it and I feel good. I'm sad the challenge is ending after tomorrow, but I'm going to keep working out six days a week with you anyway. Thank you for putting together this awesome routine for everyone. Much appreciated.

Jessica, this was a fantastic workout. I never even considered doing a barre workout because I thought you had to have a barre. I love how you incorporate so many different types of exercise in your workouts. For the first time in my life, I'm actually looking forward to and enjoying exercising. My favorite part of this workout was when Peanut did her tongue "exercises" on your face and ear. I literally laughed out loud. Thanks so much!

For my wild card workout I did Quick Stretch. I needed a recovery, stretching video and it was perfect. I did it at my in-laws. Thank you for this challenge!! I have enjoyed it thoroughly! Did this one Friday, and really enjoyed it. I like the variety it brought to this week. My wildcard was the waistline workout and stability ball workout. My poor stability ball finally got some use! Thanks for this great challenge and workout and motivating me for the past FIVE weeks! :)
I have enjoyed your ballet workouts. Today doing the full length I feel like i worked all parts of my body. Thanks Jessica! it is very important for me to have movement everyday. I also notice it makes my yoga classes so much more fluid.
What a way to end this challenge! I did the HIIT Mashup. I loved it and believe that Peanut was at he most "enternnoying" today. I LOVE that dog! I have also loved this challenge and cannot believe how quickly it went. I started my weightloss/fitness journey about 5 years ago. I have kept fit and the weight off for 4 years now and you have been a big part of the Jessica. I have done many of your workouts and will continue to. It was wonderful having them planned out each day. THANKS!!!!

Day 5 done. Yay!!! I preview this yesterday and fooled myself into thinking it was going to be easy. Boy was I wrong, my body is feeling it. Another good workout Jessica.

Holy workout, Batman! I'm SO OUT OF SHAPE! This was my first time, and I gave out at the 26 minute mark (ish). I went looking for a ballet themed workout because I was waxing nostalgic the other night... and lamenting how old and fat I've gotten over the last two decades since I stopped dancing. I'll be back, and I'll eventually make it to the end. Thanks for the motivation.
Jessica, I have a feeling my buns are going to be screaming at you tomorrow. Is that why we have a Chair 1 & 2 to do tomorrow? Seriously, you look so elegant and there is no way you can't tell you took ballet lessons. Me, I was glad no one was looking and I honestly did my best at making it through all of the exercises. For some reason, this was the only workout of the entire 5 weeks that I was yelling at you from my living room. But I got through it and I feel good. I'm sad the challenge is ending after tomorrow, but I'm going to keep working out six days a week with you anyway. Thank you for putting together this awesome routine for everyone. Much appreciated.

I'm stronger, my waistline is more defined, my muffin top is almost gone and I feel great, not exhausted (even though I've just finished your 60-Minute HIIT Mash Up from last week!) I've learnt that I'm capable of trying other workouts like weights or pilates and still like them! Jessica, this was a fantastic workout. I never even considered doing a barre workout because I thought you had to have a barre. I love how you incorporate so many different types of exercise in your workouts. For the first time in my life, I'm actually looking forward to and enjoying exercising. My favorite part of this workout was when Peanut did her tongue "exercises" on your face and ear. I literally laughed out loud. Thanks so much!

For my wild card workout I did Quick Stretch. I needed a recovery, stretching video and it was perfect. I did it at my in-laws. Thank you for this challenge!! I have enjoyed it thoroughly! Your workouts, you, your style, everything has been so motivating, challenging and fun! I am so glad I got to participate! Thank you so much!!
Did this one Friday, and really enjoyed it. I like the variety it brought to this week. My wildcard was the waistline workout and stability ball workout. My poor stability ball finally got some use! Thanks for this great challenge and workout and motivating me for the past FIVE weeks! :)
I have enjoyed your ballet workouts. Today doing the full length I feel like i worked all parts of my body. Thanks Jessica! it is very important for me to have movement everyday. I also notice it makes my yoga classes so much more fluid.

What a way to end this challenge! I did the HIIT Mashup. I loved it and believe that Peanut was at he most "enternnoying" today. I LOVE that dog! I have also loved this challenge and cannot believe how quickly it went. I started my weightloss/fitness journey about 5 years ago. I have kept fit and the weight off for 4 years now and you have been a big part of the Jessica. I have done many of your workouts and will continue to. It was wonderful having them planned out each day. THANKS!!!!

Chose to do the "Dance Party" for my last day of the ssuc because it was so gosh darn FUN!!!!! .Sure gonna miss the structure of being directed daily with my own personal trainer, but I will continue to do Jessica's online workouts and workout with you and Peanut. Holy workout, Batman! I'm SO OUT OF SHAPE! This was my first time, and I gave out at the 26 minute mark (ish). I went looking for a ballet themed workout because I was waxing nostalgic the other night... and lamenting how old and fat I've gotten over the last two decades since I stopped dancing. I'll be back, and I'll eventually make it to the end. Thanks for the motivation.
Jessica, I have a feeling my buns are going to be screaming at you tomorrow. Is that why we have a Chair 1 & 2 to do tomorrow? Seriously, you look so elegant and there is no way you can't tell you took ballet lessons. Me, I was glad no one was looking and I honestly did my best at making it through all of the exercises.
