Hi ashwin Two minus points of nomos is 1-servicing issue,i heard that watch go to german factory for maintenance. 2-now days many swiss brands comes with magnetic resistant movements, but nomos not. Thats why i away from the brand Same problem with grand seiko also. I prefer longines and tudor both brands are complete package
I like German watches too. I have a couple from Stowa which use designs from their catalog going back to the 1930s. Bauhaus is where the long lugs come from. I look forward to a Nomos. I do take issue with part of what you said. Although it is superbly done printed dial faces are a cheap out. I think what makes me happy with German watches is that they are not all copying each other like Swiss. Very original designs and the color use by Nomos is wonderful.
Nomos makes lovely watches and I’ve owned one but I can’t unsee the Peseux 7001 when I look at their hand wound watches. That’s where the architecture came from, right?
this video was more about nomos than german watchmaking
Nomos is the largest German watch maker
@@StandardTime agreed.....but it would be comparable to talking about swiss watchmaking and only mentioning rolex
He’s using Nomos has an example.
Splendid video mate
Well done
Thanks mate, I appreciate it!

Applied indices cost less than 50 € in production.
So I don't think Nomos uses printed ones to save money.
Great video brother, Nomos is so underrated!
Thanks bro 👊, just saw your vid on the Club Sport!
Thanks for sharing this wonderful video!
Nothing against Nomos. But their designs just don't it for me. Clearly, they work for many others.
I own a few German pieces from Lange and Glashutte. They both destroy the Swiss watches in my collection.

What is wrong with a Peseux 7001??
