I made your bucket hat 😍😁I love how it looks😍 it turned out a little small with the 5 mm hook. I just need to size up🥰 a hook. Thank you for your lovely tutorial 🩷 I love the granny stitch so much 🤭🥰🩷🧶
I love this pattern so much and you did a wonder job on the tutorial, I’ve made several of these and they’re precious and work up quickly, making one of these always makes me excited about crochet again, I appreciate you so much :)
@@jamielynch6743 oh no! I bought them from a Daiso here in Japan! I would say to try finding the same normal weight #4 yarn! This one honestly feels a biiiit chunkier tho.
This is cute! I guess I’m in my granny era because I just finished a blanket, a bag, I’m working on a granny hexagon cardigan and now I’m adding this to the list because I have this red yarn idk what to do with 😂😂
Hi…..I love this granny bucket hat and your pattern. Can you tell me what size you made in the tutorial? Didn’t know if you measured the crown diameter before you started with the rest of the hat? I need this style hat to fit a lady with a 21 inch head…..do you think this one will fit her? Also…..it looks like you used 2 strands of yarn…..was it thin yarn and by doubling the strand makes it a 4 weight yarn? Thank you!
Hi, thank you for this lovely tutorial. I know we're meant to do row 5 (8 times) I Just wanted to ask, how do you end row 5 and begin row 6? I know someone else asked this, but im still unclear. Thank you!
Hi! You could try making the base only 2 or 3 rows depending on how small you want to make it, then do a couple of rows with the same number of stitches. Then increase for the brim😊
5:38 For the repeating rows, do you just continue around with (3DC, ch1) or do you start all over again with (ch2, 2DC, ch1) each row, the video is unclear and I’ve tried both ways and neither way looks right, I’m stuck 😭
to be more clear, when I started all over with the ch2 and 2dcs into the same chain space like the first round, the chain got covered up by the dcs from being too close together idk what to do
Simple fast & easy ! THANK YOU OMG !
Yay! Glad you liked the tutorial!🩷
Mine turned out so cute in only a couple of hours, thank you so much!!
I’m stuck on the first row! I keep making hearts for some reason..Do you possibly have any tips?

I got lost but I enjoyed listening 😂 I really like this hat 😍 It's different from the other hats I'm accustomed to seeing. It's an all purpose hat.
Awe man haha😂 well thank you for watching though! And I’m glad you enjoyed seeing something a little different!
@@itsrosyc you're welcome. Did you double the yarn?
No only 1 strand of yarn! I used one that said was normal weight (4)
@@itsrosycI tried searching for the brand but it comes up only in Singapore. Where did you buy the yarn?

@@crochetcreations19 you can do it!! Trust me!
Wowwww 🤩beautiful, but to fast for a beginner like me..

Yes! Repeat doing 3 dc and ch 1 for the remainder of the rows until you reach row 13❤️ you only ch2, 2dc, ch1 when you start a new row👍🏼
thank you so much!
Of course!! I hope it works out!❤️❤️❤️
How do u get it to stay flat? Mine curls inwards
Which part is curling inwards??
Maybe you crocheted too tight is what I’m thinking🤔
@@itsrosyc yea but when I loosen my tension then there’s gaps/uneven DC. I’ve restarted this 3 times
Hmm I wonder what it is then, have you tried using a bigger size hook maybe??
You're so fast
