It’s so good to see Babs, glad she’s helping Debra with the new curtains. They’re going to look awesome I’m sure. So glad that the Camp Host came and relocated that rattlesnake.

Have you seen any there where you are?

@@FrugalRVGal the only thing we have had is one huge rat snake that we had to catch and relocate. And then we’ve had several water snakes. The guys in the campground were doing some stump removal and they said there was one rattler living in the stump that they were about to grind up. I have not seen anything in my camp site thank God.

I used to love fishing but I don't anymore because I don't eat them. But I loved it when I was young.

A lot more modern sewing machine than most of mine. But I have one that draws zero watts. Thank you for sharing your day with us, Jana. Stay safe and stay cool

And thank you Babs for that extremely important instruction on closing the rotary cutter EVERY TIME you set it down. I used to teach quilting and have seen people get seriously hurt because they didn't. My friend dropped one and I went through her leather shoe and cut her foot almost to the bone.

I am rethinking that neither Debra or I should use one of those. Scissors it is!

My grandparents used to have a sewing business and my brother dropped a large cloth cutter blade from the cutting table when he was 5 years old. It cut open his forearm and now in his 30’s still has a large visible scar.

Oh my gosh! That is a scary thing. Not sure we should have one close to either one of us.

The burgers and onion rings looked so good. Good girl, Sami, for saving your Mom. Too close for comfort, Jana! I enjoyed the sewing club. Yes, thank you for the warning on the cutter, as I have a new one and I'm a newbie. And the river was beautiful! Great video. Glad the snake got kicked out of camp.

The onion rings were fantastic! Yes, I do believe that Sami saved me. I just can't believe that she didn't get bit but and so thankful! I have been reading the comments and people are saying how sharp and dangerous that thing is. That is scary in itself!

I have always been told that there were NO venomous snakes in the mountains of New Mexico. Egads!! I will have to watch my steps a little more carefully in the future! I have an umbrella, I will come play in the rain with y'all!

Where we are now (close to Colorado) they have signs up warning everyone of rattlesnakes. I was so unaware! Wishing you were here!

Fishing, and Sewing and Rattlesnakes OH MY!!! Sami was taking care of her mom. Which is more serious, a rattlesnake bite or getting cut with the cloth cutter? Let's not find out. Hugs and love BRs for the pups

Are all camp hosts supposed to handle rattlers themselves? Isn’t pupcamper hosting this year? Can she call for help, or must she take care of it herself?
