Been staying strong and only playing this challenge on my Klos low G tenor. It's the one I reach for most often, so it has been easy to maintain discipline. This tune really feels like there are a lot of options for changing emphasis through strumming patterns and intensity. The relatively simple chord structure frees up my mind to find expression and interpretation. Keep up with the great videos! "Look up!"

I've been playing my Enya MAD Blue since day one and I have great progress: 1) I stooped looking at the fingerboard! 2) I got a "sleepy" strumming hand! 3) I can sing along during Island Strum! I am able to stick to only one ukulele considering...I only own one. Also, I love the variety of song genres in this challenge! I'm still not to the point where I want to share my work publicly, since I haven't actually played any music an audience in over three years. Also, I have NEVER played uke for an audience and I know it will be terrible so I just to get over myself and be OK with terrible because the only place to go is up.

Lol I only have one ukulele, so I haven’t been tormented over making a decision between them! My uke is the Uma Baby T! It’s such a good one and I absolutely recommend it, especially at its oddly low price.
I am using my new hartwood ebony tenor ukulele, It is sutch a good tip , I really get used to this one and it sounds even nicer . Your challenge is so puching me forward I am behind but practice daily 2-3 hours. Thank you so mutch you are sutch a great teacher Bernadette. 😘😘😘
Sticking with Ohana Tenor with low G. So far I popped and replaced 2 low G strings on my tenor) The first time it popped, it was fate! The 2nd time I popped it - it was due to user error! (don't ask!) At least now I know what not to do when you are trying to tidy up the strings!

One uke isn't hard when you only have one...like I do. Contemplating a second because I want a low G at times. I'm still having issues with going to Em from anything else....but I know enough now that I know it will come if I keep practicing a lot.
I'm loving the challenge, and I enjoyed the lesson, especially the overachiever transition technique. But I've never heard this song before. The lyrics go to a really dark self-destructive place. I can't go there. I just can't😞
