Is it ok to make a black paint on vinyl? does it not ruin the vinyl (wraps)?
Black paint on vinyl will warp the siding. You need to substitute blue for black in the colorants. There are some vinyl safe colors that are close to black but not a pure black.

This house is not vinyl. It is wood siding.
@Volkan Sherwin Williams has an extreme block oil primer that I like. It blocks tannins from coming through and seals the wood really good.
