I remember learning of this guy in 2006 or 2007 or 2008 or 2009, and I never knew how menacing and scary Hatzegopteryx could be. Unbelievable. D:) (sorry about the same face, but there's no other way to fully describe how I feel about this creature.)
Yeah but it's just an imaginary representation. Nothing tells us it was really that menacing or scary.
Bornstellar Makes Eternal Lasting Ever seen a Marabou Stork?
Isaiah Phillip I have, but still.
Bornstellar Makes Eternal Lasting Oh *:/*
Well it's the closest live analogy, and personally, I find it pretty horrifying.
Bornstellar Makes Eternal Lasting They did some more research. It was actually scarier than depicted here.
UA-cam really had to recommend me this
Now those are titans in the skies
Man... beta earth was even more cracked than we first thought.
John hurt narrates just as good as david Attenborough does❤❤
Props to the camera man for getting this footage
lmao
i had the whole dvd collection as a kid, i've watched this maybe 20 times 😭
Small me: Quetzalcoatlus was the biggest flying Pterosaur ever!
Hatzegopteryx: Allow me to introduce myself
Bloody hell, those Hatzegoptery as well as the Quetzalcoatlus just give me the creeps and are two of my favourite Pterosaurs. Those Magyarosaurus are cool as well. Titanosaurs like Argentinosaurus, Puertasaurus and Dreadnoughtus massive creatures and the biggest things to walk this earth then there is their little pint sized cousin the Magyarosaurus which was the size of pony, what is not cool about a miniature sauropod? The main reason it is on my list of favourite dinosaurs is the simple fact it is a mini sauropod.
VenatorAcclamator Wait, those are Magyarosaurus?!
VenatorAcclamator i like argentavis but theyre pretty small,i also think quetzalcoatlus are amazing
I like the fact that the parents of that baby didn’t give a heck about their baby being eaten alive, I’m so glad these Godzilla birds didn’t still live with us- and those. “Trees” were actually a bush like mini tree if you look in the back you can see bigger trees
Thank u for posting this video
Baby sauropod: "Mom help me! It's eating me!"
Mother sauropod: "lol get rekt scrub"
Git gud, son
Magyarosaurus:Hey dumbass what the fuck you think Ima do against this monster
I love how the adult sauropods just don't frickin care
And it has been filmed in a place with miniaturized sequoia and brontosaurus
The jerky animations of CGI just made it scarier.
How did they swallow that sauropod?!
Necks are so thin.
And then the parents didn't fight back. What would you do if you knew someone was capable of eating your own child?
DinoCoat the Gaming Tyrannosaur you cant say that when those dinosaurs had the intelligence of some insects. You can’t compare that to a human lol
They are heavily shrink wrapped in the show, in reality the necks were far more bulky and thick
@@riot2136 they didn't have the intelligence of an insect, and you have no sources or evidence to support your claim
@@easportsaxb8057 that's true
Probably the most powerful pterosaur cause of its robust build and muscular neck that allows it to cause more damage
0:01 I find it interesting when he just fly slowly then suddenly accelerates
Only problem is: the hatzegopteryx looked a bit different; it was a bit shorter, with a much larger beak… this version looks like a more common azdarchid… aside from that however, I love this!!
Toruk Makto: the last shadow you'll ever see.
Peck peck dinobirb
Wish it was still alive today life would be much more exciting going too work ...I was late because I got carried away too Glasgow and dropped into a giant nest ...
Not to be a nerdy prick, but pterosaurs didn't build nests. It'd be more like "sorry l was late, l got fucking impaled through the chest by a 3 meter long lance and then swallowed whole on the spot lol".
@@velocipastor676
Being even more Nerdy
Now we know that those pterosaurs would probably kill humans by punching with their overly powerful and complex arms... basically, you would not survive a attack.
I’m confused are these bigger than the trees or are those just shrubs?
Just shrubs and the sauropds are tiny ones
Why do its wings remind me of a Lambda-class shuttle when it lands
Not little foot getting eaten 😳
How it feels to be the only person in survival on a creative server
Finally it reveals itself. This decade old video, which all these *"scientific diagrams that look like shitposts"* has been leading up to.
Those horsetails look like trees and as a kid it always confused me
Curious to know how it would take off from the ground....🤔🤔🤔🤔
The muscles in the arm/wing do one big push like a spring from rebounding as they bend their wings before taking off and it glides the rest of the way. And btw their wings would be pushing off the ground when taking off.
Here's an animation: ua-cam.com/video/CRk_OV2cDkk/v-deo.html
I can hear the ARK players cocking their guns in the distance…
NO BIG DEAL, WE HAVE THE SAME NOW, JUST A COUPLE SIZES DOWN!
If this thing was alive today i would give my last breath trying to tame it and ride it and i wouldn't regret it
Same
"listen, flying giraffe, I need you to take me to the skies!"
Baby: *got swallowed*
It's parents: Understandable have a great day
i like how they say it was only 5 metres tall then show it 3 times taller then then pine trees and the brontosaurus, that brontosaurus must be only like 5 ft tall
Metres dude, metres.
The sauropod is a dwarf especies fron Hazte island. The didn't get much bigger than an immature elephant.
Gareth Murphy mispoke
Gareth Murphy those trees are only 5 ft tall as well
A metre is close to an American Yard or do you still use cubits over there.
No one other than the US still uses those old measurements.
I thought I recognized that voice. Same dude who voices the dragon in Merlin!
It's John Hurt, his voice is very recognizable and unique
Glad to see the UA-cam algorithm has brought us together again brothers and sisters.
Who else saw the demon in the background at 0:11?
That's a plant-
@@Loiueplaystudios2325 Yeah
I get that it's a plant, but I see what you mean.
That's a tree, my dude.
Isn't Quezacoatalus bigger or was Quezacoatalus found after this and then Quezacoatalus became the biggest?
+Replaypls They're very close in size. I think the current estimate is that Quetzalcoatlus has a 36 foot wingspan and Hatzegopteryx has a 39 foot wingspan.
Quetza is bigger they found about 60% of a fossil 6 months ago and declared it quetza which was found to be just bigger
Sorry I mean 4 years ago, I was distracted
"Quetza is bigger they found about 60% of a fossil 6 months ago and declared it quetza which was found to be just bigger"
Those were from Quetzalcoatlus sp., a smaller unnamed species, only slightly taller than a human.
10 year old Planet Dinosaur clip reigniting my paleontologic fascination.
God: now you all know why I threw that big rock at the earth.
Me: yes thank you.
Quetzelcoatlus was the largest pterosaur.
Yes it is
quetzalcoatlus wingspan is 36 meter, while hatzegopyteryx wingspan is 39 meter
azmiy nurrosyid Says who? 36 meters is just ridiculous.
Uh,maybe not meter
And actually they are similar
I'm suprised there was an island where Hatzegopteryx was apex, wonder what Quetzalcoatlus would look there.
About the same size. Quetzalcoatlus was slightly taller but Hatzegopteryx was bulkier.
Fro some reason the real versions of these were not even 1/3 of the size of apatosaurus
Wiat wiat wiat wiat wiat those are real!?
the size of those sauropods is not big, it's the same compared to a fully grown horse
@@baole9213 but sauropods are the biggest dinosaurs

i love this video so much ❤
They're NOT in Jurassic World :( WHY? WHY???
They are gonna be in jurassic world 3
they would be too hard to fight because of probably high speed i think there faster than
normal pterosaurs if they were real and made an indomonus version of it
it would be soooooo big that its wngs are so hard
Because it would be like locking an albatross in a parrot cage.
