I have a classic van with literally no floor, there is about 3 inches of trans tunnel left holding the front and back together, car is already bent and twisted so bracing is useless for me. Is my only option to find a solid shell and take measurements to jig mine up straight?
Paul, Jeff Lynne and his band where brilliant and the sound was spot on! He is 72 now so i don‘t see him doing live gigs much longer but he was away from the live shows for 28 years. Worth every penny of the tickets. Cheers Dave
The jig looks great dave. And when you pulled your hair back the first person I thought of was when sir David Jason played the gangster in the Miami only fools and horses episode, think it’s more the tan lol
Thank you Dave! I can't afford the entire floor (sills, Box & heel board), but I will get the floor with sills and tunnel. I've already purchased the heel board so I'll use that as best as possible. I like the idea of attaching the the jig front to back beam. Kind've on hold until I get my welder, but I will get a friend to help... Thank you Dave for the ideas. Do the wheel arc supports that you mentioned also work with 13" wheels with a similar procedure of cutting away the wing?
Hey Dave ! Any idea when you'll show the leao loading video ? My front will be mounted next week and want to do the lead loading directly after that :)
Perfect dave, got this job to do over winter. now to see if you have one about roofs as i need to do that too!
I hope it helps in some small way as i said i‘m not a pro but i think we do the job to a fairly high standard. Cheers Dave
Thank you for the post Dave. I always get something out of your vids regardless of their length.
Graham, Thanks it‘s good to know there appreciated, Cheers Dave
