No mam ye humare normal sugar se calorie count me bohot hi zyada kam hota hai aur ap cake ko kitna mitha rakhna chahte hai uspe bhi depend karta hai.mai apko isse sugar patients k liye kam quantity me use karne ko hi suggest karungi.

Then diabetic patients should use gluten-free flour. I used it with same recipe and it was fluffy like this bt stevia in the recipe is less... i put same amount bt it was not sweet

Here's the written recipe in grams...
Refined flour/Maida - 106 gms
Refined oil - 34gms
Stevia - 3 - 4 tsp
Curd - 132 gms
Baking powder - 1/2 tsp
Baking soda - 1/4 tsp
Vanilla essence - 1/2 tsp
Milk/Water - 62 - 65 gms
what is "cup curd"? Milk product?
Mam it's the quantity of curd/yogurt that I used in the recipe which is 1/2 a cup.

It's just pain yougurt if possible use yougurt otherwise you may use kefir.

If we want to make this recipe without Stevia, how much sugar should be used
Mam you should add 1 cup sugar in place of stevia
You have added maida in this diabetic cake. Maida is full of carbs which will increase sugar very quickly
So not recommended for sugar patients.
