You are the only reviewer that gives info on the free saunas in the changing rooms.. That can save so much on Spa charges, if that is all you need. Thank you
Well, here's another ship that we haven't looked at in any great detail before now. You've done a great job of capturing the essence of this ship in your images, and your accompanying information. Yep, Infinity is another vessel that we would add to our list of desired cruise ships.
Tuscan seems to be where the United States dining room was. It was the one of the first specialty dining rooms on Celebrity. It was very different inside as it was designed to look like the space on the old United States ship.
The food was good, we liked the made to order section in the buffet for lunch. Here are the activities schedules from the Infinity, we went to the Silent Disco, it was in the atrium. freestyletravelers.com/blog/celebrity-today-west-caribbean-infinity
Great video. Considering the Infinity but being used to the newer celebrity ships I had concerns about the older ones but it looks a lovely ship! Can't go too wrong with Celebrity I don't think. Have subscribed :)
Was it easy to get tables, loungers, room in the pool etc when all guests were onboard? By this footage im assuming this was taken before the ship was full. Amazing video thanks!
We were at 80% capacity for our sailing but we took the footage during a port day. We never had an issue finding loungers by the pool or in the solarium area. The forward sun deck area was practically empty our entire cruise, I don’t think many people knew it existed haha thanks for watching!
@@FreestyleTravelers great! What was your experience of tipping? We are looking at booking the all inclusive package that doesnt include premium alcohol or tips as we dont drink, however the policy that $18 per person per day is added to the bill for tipping puts me off. We are British and will be sailing in europe so i wondered if this was only for US sailings? Thanks in advance ❤️
Thanks for the tour. Great job. I really hate some of the changes Celebrity has made. Most of them make sense and work but why charge for sorbet? And Michael's should be open to everyone. It was great as a piano bar. I'm fine with Luminae being for Retreat pax and Blu being for Aqua pax. But I don't like social areas going to just one class of cruiser except for staterooms and maybe some deck space. Maybe. The Edge ships went and stole prime real estate for Retreat pax so it's not as bad on this Millie class. Also, I like this original dining room. I don't like what they've done to the Summit Dining room.
Hi! The food was very good on our sailing. The buffet had a nice variety, we totally recommend the "made to order" selections at the back of the buffet such as customizable pasta, and grilled to order chicken, pork chops, and steak. The main dining room was also consistently good and had different menus each night. We did Q'sine as a specialty dinner, it was a really fun experience, and we were honestly really shocked at how good the food was there.
The Beyond is an Edge class ship so of course it features a lot of high tech stuff this ship doesn't have plus it has the Eden space which there is nothing like on this ship. But the Beyond is an Edge clss experience and this is a Millenium class experience. They're very different. It really depends on the preferences of the cruiser which he/she/they would like best. I prefer the Millennium. Many might prefer the new ship. My favorite would be the Solstice class. I wouldn't sail any Edge ship. They're not for me. The service and food should be the same but cruise lines put their best staff of their newer ships. Celebrity maintains their ships so for the most part, it won't look tired and worn out.
I cannot thank you enough for your tour of this ship. We are sailing on on our first Celebrity Cruise and it is nice to get a feel for what to expect.
Thanks for watching! Have a great time

How is the food? And how are the parties? I'd like to know if there's a disco.

@@tarmacmoon It is for all itineraries and is standard in the cruise industry.
very good ship
Are there any designated smoking areas on the Infinity? Thanks
Yes, smoking sections were one area of the promenade deck and one side of the Mast Bar at the top. The casino is non-smoking.
Thanks for the info,.

Is there a library on the ship or a game room?
Yes, library is on Deck 8 underneath the computer lounge. It was nice!
Is this ship up to standard? I’m just off the Beyond, so I’ve been spoilt 😇
