Don’t miss Season 9 Episode 11 (Punctuality) featuring the one and only original Sheffield representer Tez Kidd. As you know, this season has been mostly guests from outside London so we were happy to have our first Sheffield representative and hear what it was like growing up there.
Tez claims that he is the first from Sheffield to do a lot in the industry such as a ‘Fire In The Booth’, appearing on ‘Lord Of The Mics’, being on Radio 1Xtra, etc and with a co-sign like Joseph ‘JP’ Patterson, his claims all come with receipts.
He talked us through his turbulent life story so far including seeing his mother suffer from domestic violence from he was a young age and having to grow up quickly to become the man of the house. The protector. His dad was also killed by police. Prison was somewhat inevitable.
We then put Tez through his ‘RTM Fire Round’ before getting into some ‘Current Affairs’. We had a break for ‘RTM Banter’ at some point and the main subject was “Punctuality” where we talked about the importance of getting to appointments on time.
The ‘RTM Dilemma’ and ‘Book Suggestion’ closed the show along with some RIP’s & 3’s as usual.
Both Tez and Spray are a little off-key so this one went how it went.👀
