It depends on which store you eat in Penang, in general the new Penang hokkien prawn noodle has egg. The hawkers in Penang have evolved over time. Nowadays there are roasted pork, intestines and etc that can be added into it. I had tried good Hokkien Prawn noodles in Pinji and Ipoh Selatan, they all claimed to be from Penang ... 😀😀😀
I don't care whether it is from Penang, Ipoh or KL except from Singapore. I will eat which ever taste good. I am sure a fusion from Penang, Ipoh and KL is the best. A truly Malaysian taste and created, hopefully not hijacked by Singapore. Isn't that all we wanted, a good tasting food without any bigotry on food except Singapore lah.

某一天我去7ate9食宵夜，看到这家新开的nasi lemak发生咩事大排长龙，差不多每一桌都有人吃，我也趁虚去买来吃。刚好到我的的时候炸猪肉没完了，等十分钟才有。新鲜炸的蛮juicy。味道蛮不错

湯底不錯，尤其爪哇面和蝦面，服務好，然而價錢偏貴和食材較一般，不會特地去吃。
taman segar 吃了几家面都是这个价钱，我觉得是租金高的问题，是很旺的地段😩
