I just had beef noodles at the original Lai Foong today but I actually thought the Puchong branch had a much better beefy taste in its soup. Also, its CKT and fried rice are a must try.
@@Nick_catman Go during odd hours, after 3pm it is less packed. There one bowl cost RM17. Just opposite, Sin Kiew Yee Shin Kee beef noodles, cost only RM12. Taste wise Lai Foong is better but you pay tourist price. Reachable by both MRT and LRT with a little walking, either Pasar Seni or Masjid Jamek station.
@@Nick_catmanI agree taste is subjective. Sometimes, I get "scam" recommendations, on my first visit, it does not match up, perhaps the cook not well, I will go for a second try to reconfirm. Because of some tricks from a paid food reviewer, I wasted my money and time twice. I like Nick, he is honest.
