Here one thing that is great about this system. It very fluent to use and it give you the features you want and no more. Yes it might not be the newest system and there no physical button. However, it not bogged down with feature that many people won’t use at all like a horrible app catalogue, mirrorcast, setting rgb lighting in your car, etc.
Up until recently, I had a 2018 Swift GLX Turbo and I found this infotainment system really easy to live with. Sure, it's basic but everything works the way it's supposed to, including the inbuilt nav (which is really quite good once the address is in there). I also used Android Auto fairly extensively and never had any issues with it.
Thanks for the feedback! Does it always ask for the country first up?
CarExpert No, not that I recall... Maybe there's a default that needs to be set in the options somewhere?
Love a comment that’s basically a review on a review video.
Genuinely very helpful
Thanks for putting in the effort
😢 needed this video to work it out
Hi, can i update the navigation system and add more countries?
can it play bluetooth wirelessly, i need help
I bought a suzuki swift 2020 module how do I update the GPS maps, please?
Hi Paul. Nice video. By the way, do you know how to mute the player/radio by default? In my car, when I turn it on, it always starts to play a radio channel or anything stored on the plugged usb stick. Do you know how I can prevent it to do that?
Good question! I’m not entirely sure to be honest. I’d give them a buzz to see if they have an easy solution - I’m sure there is one.
Anyone know the audio output?
Thanks for your review.
My pleasure!
I really like your car reviews, you have done a great job mate. Keep it up.🤘
Hi paul great video! Do you know if I can listen music when I connect my iPhone via Bluetooth? Thanks
Test drove a 2018 model year Suzuki Swift Sport last week. The answer is yes you can. I did!
just change to new Android 12 phone, not work on the suzuki swift sport 2020 Android auto
Type Melbourne airport, it comes up I have one
Does it also charge your phone while it is connected to Android Auto ?
Yes!
Hi. I have the 'light sensor needs cleaning' message coming up. Do you know how to clean this sensor. Thanks
It's the little bubble on top of your dash, near the windscreen. Did you put something over it, perhaps ?
So Apple Car play or AA does not work wireless on Suzuki SX4 S-Cross? thanks a lot! :)
Not at the moment 😢
@@CarExpertAus Hmm, if not at the moment, that means never ever. Because even Android 11 does not do anything with that:/ its problem of unit in car then. Sad because my new S-Cross has only one "system usb" directly in armrest box, so no phone on holder in front of me, only hidden in box:/ so sad...
Hi Paul. I have a Suzuki and in the infotainment, when i receive a Call i can’t see the name but only the Number. If i make the Call the name appear. Do you know how to see the name of an incoming Call? Thanks in advance...
Good question! I think that could be something to do with your phone's permissions. Can you try connecting another phone and seeing if it does the same? If it doesn't, it's worth deleting your phone from the car and re-pairing.
@@CarExpertAus Hi. I've already try deleting the Iphone and re-pairing, and still can't see the name of who's calling. Any other ideas? Tanks in advance...
