THANK YOU for all the DIY videos you have done! It has really helped me out work on my S6 with similar mods. I have read SRM suggests running the E85 sensor on the drivers side but have not confirmed that with them. Keep up the awesome job you are doing and making these great videos!
I like all our videos. I've used them for reference for the past year. I just wanted to ask about long term reliability that you would expect from an S6. I probably drive 20,000-30,000 miles a year for work and have always loved the S6 and the 4.0T. I'd probably just to a TCU tune and Stage 1 ECU tune and not touch it for a long time. And then if the turbos needed replacing, I'd definitely put in some RS7 turbos. How comfortable would you be using an S6 as a daily commuter long term and what recommendations would you have for making it as bulletproof as possible?
Wow man! Really great work. I'm preparing to do this exact same work to my 13 S6. Wish I had somebody like you to lend a hand lol. Pretty intimidating but also simple enough. Thanks for making this
Which fuse did you pull for the lpfp? Is it necessary for the camshaft to be on its lowest point for installing the hpfp? Love the video, really helps a lot! Thank you
Thanks for the great video! Gives me the idea to upgrade my lines too...But I'm looking to piece together my own kit. So far the only trouble I'm having is finding the adapter from the LPFP which you call a "pushlock" to -6an fitting @7:04 of the video...Do you know if this adapter goes by another name? Also I know that the fittings you are using are -6an, but are they just male -6an to -6an? Or is the threading's in the HPFP's themselves a different size? Thanks for any info you can share, I appreciate your help in advance! Cheers!
Great video with excellent tips! I noticed that you did not show the priming of the fuel pump/system. Is that because the system is self-priming or is there a process for the priming of the pump using VCDS?
Thank you! Really helps to see this installed vs just hearing everyone talk about it. Once you have this installed, can you still use regular 91 octane gas if desired? What do you mean when you talk about an e50 blend?

Thanks appreciate the support! Helps make future videos!
Great video man! Wish this was up when I was installing mine 😂
She was ripping at the end!! 👌🏽

Nice product, seems like a good idea 👌
Love the content man! I'll be getting the kit soon. Once they actually compete my last order. Lol
Thanks! Yeah I know the pain of waiting on those parts….

When you plug the white wire in to pin 15, what do you mean by putting a new terminal on it? I'm not familiar with what you mean
Glad you found it helpful! SRM sends a new terminal (little female end that clips into the obd2 port)
@@Customwerx where are you located?
@@kidsrangesucks located in Iowa.
@@Customwerx damn! Let me fly you out to Ohio we have the best corn fuel on the continent 😆

Correct it is self priming. So key on a few times to cycle lpfp to prime everything then fire.

Yes you can run 91 on up the flex sensor and ds1 automatically adjust the tune for the fuel. E50 is a blend of pump gas(91,93) and e85
Great video! Have the same kit :)
Thanks glad you enjoyed it!
Did you remove the factory line that feeds from passenger HPFP to driver side HPFP out of the engine bay?
What is the torque spec for the fuel pump after you swap out the and go to the Autotech plunger?
you make it look SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO EASY...
I’m using HPtuners for tuning and it has ethanol tables. Wondering if pinning the sensor works for Hptuners also?
Do I need to upgrade the HPFP even if I don’t go with ethanol.
I have ST1 turbos, ECS inlets, cartless downpipes!
On 93 with Stage 3 apr....would just replacing fuel lines add any benefits?
Was is flex where u can run both e-85 & unleaded 93?
Hello i have 2013 a8l and i have white smoke coming from the tailpipes after it warms up,what will cause this
Is it a boo boo to do the HPFP while they are still on the car?
How many whp did you get by switching to E85?
Do you happen to have that xml file??
I'll bring my by TOMMOROW for the hook up......LOL
Hello i have a question,i have 2013 a8l and when it warms up white smoke comes from the tailpipes, what might cause this
Burning coolant. Check the IAT cooler for leaks. It could also be turbo leaking internally.
Do you need to upgrade any of those parts or can you just get e85 tune?
Yes you need these upgrades to support e85.
I'm running E85 in my 17 S6 and have yet to install the re-route kit or HPPFP's,,,,,,,and yes I have both in hand, just haven't gotten around to it.
@tbbigrocker149 how's it holding up?
