    This video is fantastic. The narrator's voice is crystal clear, the background music is soft and not overpowering the voice of the narrator, and the video is to the point without unnecessary intros, outros, and marketing material. Thank you so much for creating this and sharing it with the world!

      Everything is free with your Mac! If you are using a map from a source other than Google or Apple just be aware of copyright. I was doing a video where I thought I would use a map image from Navionics and the image was covered in copyright watermarks. Thanks for your comment and for your interest in the channel.

    This is a brilliant way to make great animated maps, thank you so much for taking the time, and it has to be said. You did a great job. Your audio is on point, you are not speaking to fast and you include all the details in a brilliant package! Thank you Sir 👏🏻 I will share this in a future project if that is ok by you? Do you have any idea if it is possible to add vector maps (svg files) into keynote and animate part of a map? if you have the whole continent of Africa and just want one country to change color and pop out a little or to focus in on? I have seen this done, but building it in Fusion (davinci) is alot of job, and takes some time to animate (keyframe) you should do much more of this. Cheers from Norway 🇳🇴

    Hi,
    can you please explain and tell me how do you make the Screenshot movie? What program do you use to film all what you are doing on your PC screen?

    • @BikeBoatandTravel
      @BikeBoatandTravel  3 роки тому +1

      This whole process is done on an Apple computer. All of the programs used to create this animation are built in to the iMac operating system. The images of the maps just come from either Apple Maps or Google, I have used both. Capture the image with a utility called "Screenshot". The program I use to create the animation is called Keynote. Keynote is the Apple equivalent of Power Point. I use Quicktime Player to capture the video and the audio clips. All of the editing of the tutorial presentation in done in Davinci Resolve (available for PC also). I hope this answers your question and thanks for your interest in my channel.
