Very cool, I would love to follow along but have no clue how the dataset should look like. I am a beginner. Please post it somewhere as an excel file or so thanks!
Hi there, the data is available to newsletter subscribers. You can find a link to subscribe in the description. Be aware that the Project Online connection needs a Project Online environment. There is also the download sample option I mention at the beginning of the video that might help you.
Hey - have you ever encountered an error where the values in the calendar are blurred on some days - like text is being written over for some reason?
I am using a count (disctinct) for the measure so not sure why it would pull more than one value?
Thanks!
I haven't seen this before. It is a strange situation for sure.
Is it possible to design a calendar and make it a fixed model, then add variable data to it every month without changing the calendar model again?
Thank you for your wonderful effort in explaining. I have benefited greatly from you
I would be surprised if it wasn't possible. I am however in between houses atm and won't have much time to dig into it on the short term. But I will get back to you once things are settled. Can you share more about your specific use case?
Hi I am getting the a warning when using this visual...Not sure if this visual will be removed from AppSource...do you have any idea on the same?
I see a yellow warning symbol (exclamation mark inside a triangle) appearing on top of the visual in the video as well
I have a business presentation and I am not ready to risk it all....Please help
Below is the warning :
“This visual is using an old and unsupported version of interface and will be deprecated soon. Please replace this visual with an alternative one from our in-house or marketplace visuals.”
Hi Shrishti, thanks for the comment. The topic was mentioned on the video as something you shouldn't worry about during presentations. Here is the link to the official creators response: mannymerino.github.io/bci-calendar/deprecation-notice.html
Hi, how to add drill through on this visual. Please tell me
Hi Devendra, if a visual doesn't have a drill through option as the others have. It might not be there. How ever, what do you expect from the drill through to accomplish? Maybe there are better ways of achieving it.
@@TheProjectCorner Thanks for replying. Actually I want to see details of specific numbers which can be achieved with drill through
