After many years of pouring stupid amounts of money into real life motorsport and after many years of feeling crap about no longer being able to afford it you have given me the inspiration to get a steering wheel back in my hands and at least have some fun in a virtual racing world. Immensely enjoyable videos fueled by a passion for motorsport that effortlessly flows out of you...thank you Jimmy you bloody legend

To see you make incredible videos out of a shed that you live in, and remain so positive about what you do is so inspiring. I've been in a low place recently so to see something like this really tells me I can achieve what I want to as long as i am passionate about it. Thank you, Sir, for your humility and humanity.
Been there too and did a similar thing for 2+ years (and I was older than you are now but I got through it and have my own place again). Sometimes difficult circumstances happens in life. All the best to you Jimmy and I can see you getting to a million subs. Love your channel and your positive vibe. Now I'm subbing!
This guy is going to become a part of sim racing history, I can see it now walking through the museum in 2045, and here we have the original sim frame seat that Jimmy started with, mounted in a replica back shed and an audio clip of his mum bringing him supper and knocking on the shed mid race 🙂
I'm sure you have a nice Mom who let's you stay in the shed but I sincerely hope that you can afford a bigger space for yourself. Love your vids. Keep going!
Lol I literally lived on the street and went through trash cans. I literally lived in 650k dollar homes and was fed high class meals. I traveled and did random garbage things. Lived with my dad in mid 20's, who knows, maybe it'll happen again! I carried my computer down the street to hide it somewhere safe because I didn't know where else to put it, one day. I earned money and spanged for money (panhandling). I've flown signs, and also sold business deals. While homeless, I also had like 3 jobs and side gig's, while ALSO selling stuff. I've literally had NO job and stayed in a home for years. WHO THE HELL CARES You can't tell me different, that shed looks pretty chill to me.....
Man you have my highest worship. You have a soul of samurai. I can see this kind stuff mostly in Japan. Give everything to your passion, even if it costs you a lot. I wish you a great luck and success in your stuff.

Jimmy, I love your videos, and your passion for everything racing comes through massively. It takes courage to show the man behind the curtain, so to speak, and if you live in a shed for now, then your the #1 simracing guru followed by 1/10th of a million people that lives in a shed... I don't ever see you bitching, and you have a positive attitude, so you just keep doing you. -Sean in the USA...
Such a legendary room. I remember when you made your playthrough of GT3 and GT4. They were epic, miss those times. You have inspired me to do the same. Really happy for your success Jimmy, keep it up!
Quote: '...mediocre...' There's nothing mediocre about being THE best sim racer and doubly nothing mediocre about also producing THE best videos on the subject. I've yet to find a single one of your presentations that wasn't absorbing, inspiring, educational, fun and, not least, so darn frustrating because I'm always forced to accept that I'll never get anywhere near your skills with the wheel and pedals, not to mention being able to describe every significant moment in detail whilst doing it. Many thanks for those videos and for the tour, Jimmy!
You helped me over a hard time the last months with your positive video content and i want to thank you! It sounds so trivial. but you show, me, that life can be good, even if things turn freakin' serious and everything seems upside down. Keep on the great work, you are a effin legend man!
How open can someone be. Wow! I can only say that I respect you Jimmy with this video. I never would have thought you came out of a tuff part of life. The day everything will fall in to place will come for you. You are a bright, friendly guy, and willing to work hard. Hope to see you in a F1/Formula Renault lobby one day at iRacing. Keep up the great work! 🤗🤗🤗
Everyone shut up about the shed. Most people with houses I know are miserable so lets not get carried away with your judgement. Also theres clearly a story there he's not willing to tell, so piss off and enjoy his content.
I love modern society’s mindset nowdays like for a single man to sleep in one small room on there family’s land instead of be living in a studio apartment and paying 1k a month or more just for that and most likely never own it because it would most likely be a rental ....this is what every one who doesn’t have a family capable of giving them a first home should do until they can afford to purchase a home there selves .... renting is a trap and unless you are lucky you never get ahead in today’s economy’s trapped into paying 25% more in rent for what a mortgage would be for a equivalent home .
bladezero25 it’s not a boomer thing. I have friends who bought a house and pay half of what other pay for a studio apartment. It’s all about credit. Plus if you can stay home for a year or two longer build up capital and then you have a lot more options. It shouldn’t be a boomer thing to make smart financial decisions
top bloke jimmer, i can remember way back when you only had about 6500 subscribers, you released a vid saying something happened in your life and you wasn't sure if you wanted to carry on. im glad you did, great videos mate, i wish you all the best

If you came up with some merch I'd probably buy something. You can turn this channel into a buisness Jimmer

Here it is.
Dont forget this

this channels already a business
@@thefinalpie Nothing on the both of them any more. Pity.
Midiocre is not how I would describe you, incredibly entertaining and great fun along with being well able to push a car around a track.
Who knew the best sim racing content on the planet comes out of a British lady’s garden shed? Btw we must have been separated at birth Jimmer because we organize the exact same way 🤯😂✌🏿👍🏿 #nopunterino
British motor racing was pretty much born in a series of sheds.
It seems quite fitting
To see you make incredible videos out of a shed that you live in, and remain so positive about what you do is so inspiring. I've been in a low place recently so to see something like this really tells me I can achieve what I want to as long as i am passionate about it. Thank you, Sir, for your humility and humanity.

Ah, I See You're a Man of Culture As Well...
You seem like a dedicated guy Jimmer keep up the good work
I just recently started following, but you seem like a very warm person for someone living in such conditions. Hope life treats you better one day.
Back here after Jimmer got the new house. Can’t wait for this to get recommended in the future.
Keep going!
Unbelievable. Much respect for living in a tiny place like that, let alone sharing it with the world.
Amazing you 'made it' out of there!
WHO THE HELL CARES
You can't tell me different, that shed looks pretty chill to me.....
Man you have my highest worship. You have a soul of samurai. I can see this kind stuff mostly in Japan. Give everything to your passion, even if it costs you a lot. I wish you a great luck and success in your stuff.
5:13 a poster on the wall held by electrical tape. Yes, boys and girls, this is what we call a "man cave"
I'm in quite a struggle at this moment in my life. Soon i'll also live in my mums house for a while to get things sorted out. I hope i can get back to simracing one day. You, Jimmer, really inspiring me. Thank you man and all the best for you.
What a yoke
Fernando Alonso what a joke
5 seconds is a yoke
Absolute yoke
Thought I was the only one Alonso pronounced joke like dat
Best chassis on the grid
Jimmy, I love your videos, and your passion for everything racing comes through massively. It takes courage to show the man behind the curtain, so to speak, and if you live in a shed for now, then your the #1 simracing guru followed by 1/10th of a million people that lives in a shed... I don't ever see you bitching, and you have a positive attitude, so you just keep doing you. -Sean in the USA...
That smile in the thumbnail..........
*It gave me nightmares*
Such a legendary room. I remember when you made your playthrough of GT3 and GT4. They were epic, miss those times. You have inspired me to do the same. Really happy for your success Jimmy, keep it up!
"Welcome back to real life... UUGH"
Proper man cave. Remember. Lots of successful people started in shed/garage. Good luck!
You’re the man Jimmy, respect from Texas
Surprised some triggered liberals haven’t commented yet!
Quote: '...mediocre...'
There's nothing mediocre about being THE best sim racer and doubly nothing mediocre about also producing THE best videos on the subject.
Many thanks for those videos and for the tour, Jimmy!
oooohhh i love that you've got a sneaky lil bottle of whisky next to the rig
You helped me over a hard time the last months with your positive video content and i want to thank you! It sounds so trivial. but you show, me, that life can be good, even if things turn freakin' serious and everything seems upside down. Keep on the great work, you are a effin legend man!
Hi Jimmer, I received my GNS shirt in the post yesterday, and I just wanted to say, great job on the design, it looks awesome
You are obviously talented at broadcasting, and, Built a huge following online. Kudos for allowing us a peek of the humble digs.
"A bin that needs emptying full of beer cans, because I'm an absolute lad" - Broadbent, 2018
lul I respect you more after this video
I’m happy for your success man, many people may not have the drive and motivation to do what you have. Cheers from the US
Everyone shut up about the shed. Most people with houses I know are miserable so lets not get carried away with your judgement. Also theres clearly a story there he's not willing to tell, so piss off and enjoy his content.
Well said. ✌️😎
I would agree aside from that fact literally all the comments ive seen are positive XD
Tbh, he has been fairly open about the storyline behind the shed @yeagemk
It really inspires people to see how u sort out life and get back on your foot to build ur channel to this level
Okay Boomer...
bladezero25 it’s not a boomer thing.
I always thought he was joking about sitting in a shed. Turns out its not.
30Nm of torque on the wheel? More than a Honda B16-EG2...
But I've got 185hp at 90,000,000rpm....
One more thing, thank you so much for what you do man. You have really energized me to SIM race. I now have iRacing team 'BENGAL RACING' for the Advanced MX-5 Cup.
People talk shit but I have a 3000 sf house and spend most of my time in an area as big as the shed.
Right?! Same here. Sit behind a computer 8-10 hours a day in a tiny cubicle.
I have a 1200 square foot house and I barely use half of it
It's so true!
My dad always said he’d rather have a tiny house and a corvette than a big house
