The light is under your rear view mirror. There are 2 buttons. And if it was tuned for E85 it could definitely be 400 to the wheels. I have an APG BWS turbo as well. I learned something. You're wideband can make your car run lean. It's doing it to my car. I kept throwing a code for my downstream wideband O2 sensor (what I think you're calling the AF sensor). I pulled it yesterday and it looks really bad. My car has been running lean for months. The downstream O2 sensor is what tells your car to richen up the fuel mixture or lean it out. This sensor can really cause drivebility issues. It can make you blow your motor if you ignore your gauge telling you your car is leaning out. You should really pay attention to the stuff I'm saying lol. It's gonna help you in the long run.

You don't see very many dodge neon srt4 around town. I love mine. My little grand baby loves riding in it.I will pass it down to my son someday. The Honda, Subaru, etc. Always hate on the srt, but none sound like an srt4. Lots of fun to drive.

As someone who USED to own a SRT4...damn I miss it. They can be a headache sometimes but when you dial them in they can be pretty dependable and theres nothing like driving one. I miss mine so much I'm currently in the market for another one. Good luck with it for the future bro!
I bought an 04 back in 04 I started with stage 1 and ended up with stage 3 best time 12.1 @ 122 mph with little traction on slicks dynoed 420hp to the wheels this car is addictive so be easy on the wallet. The best mod is dsp tuner.
broo congrats man! basically best sleeper you can buy modern days. They are challenging to do timing belt/ water pump and main mount, but once you get past that, and use the correct transmission fluid, and ensure no boost leaks, these things rock it and are wildy fun to beat v8's with. lol

check your Fuses out for them lights issues first I loved neons I had that problem before

You need to hook up your wastegate to the turbo. It being open like that is losing you power.
