Mine was doing same thing. Scanner was saying 1-2-5-7 was missing. But that was just a trickle down effect from the actual problem. Turned out to be the first O2 sensor right before the converter. I unplugged it and it fixed it. I still need to replace it but it’s unplugged still for now. Also if that doesn’t do it. Don’t just throw money at it. Move around your coil packs to different cylinders cause they are interchangeable. If it does the same on different cylinder then you know you have a bad coil pack and Same process with the injectors switching them out. Good luck.
You should replace the coil packs if you have never changed them because they will definitely cause it to misfire. Those plugs didn’t look bad to be honest with you.

Thanks man i ended up replacing all coils packs and that fixed the problem along with fuel injectors
