Number 9 wasn’t a misunderstanding.. when you step out the door with a gun instead of calling the police while you are safely in the house, it’s no longer a misunderstanding..it’s a choice.. you can not scream I was scared or confused.. also following an unarmed person and preventing them from calling for help or leaving is not a misunderstanding.. also, continuing to shoot someone and waiting until they are unalive is not a misunderstanding.. normal ppl would’ve contacted the authorities..

It was a misunderstanding by definition even if you think he shouldn’t have a gun, he thought his grandchild was in imminent danger of death or harm.
