Rape or sexual assault should a long sentence for sure. He assaulted and robbed the first woman with a knife when she had a baby. So dumb he was out. Then all these people knew he had a gun and was wandering around with it knowing his past. He’s a monster with no feelings. Also so dumb. Does he know how a ankle monitor works?! Although the ankle monitor should have burned his leg off if he left his house.

Because the progressives through the Democrat party have infiltrated the US justice system.
They are letting violent offenders out early and many are going on to commit further violent crimes including murder.
I'm surprised most people in the US don't know what's going on but if they only watch and read mainstream media they will continue to be ignorant of the amount of damage the progressives are causing across the US.

I work with a lady who kidnapped outside of a grocery store in the mid 90s.
He had a knife and a gun and threatened to shoot her if she didn’t immediately get into her car.
He wanted her to drive them to a secluded areas a few miles away. She didn’t put her seat belt on and intentionally drove super fast in the lot and slammed on the breaks, which caused her would-be captor/rapist to be distracted as he was thrown forward. She unlocked her door and run full speed, screaming for help in the parking lot.
The man was arrested and then let out on bail a few days later before his trial. His charges were not taken seriously as he claimed the ordeal was a mistake. When he was arrested, he had handcuffs , women’s underwear, in addition to his firearm and knife.
He said it was a misunderstanding and that he thought it was his girlfriend’s car and they were “role-playing.” He further accused her of being racist, (he was black, she is Hispanic) and that’s why she was so adamant about lying about him.
He made bail and during his two weeks out, he broke into a home and raped 2 sisters, aged 15 and 13. He attempted to strangle the 15 year old when she fought for her little sister being his victim. Luckily, she survived.
He received the minimum sentences and because my friend wasn’t actually raped/killed and both girls survived. He was not charged with attempted murder.
He was given a 25year sentence. He was released in 2018 and committed armed robbery and raped yet another girl.
This time he was given 50 years.
The justice system is full of sh**.

It’s so hard just knowing a little bit of the details of what happened to her that night. She was so loved by so many people who still grieve her loss today. She didn’t deserve this and he should have never been let out in the first place.
This comment will probably be lost but if you want to make a donation a foundation was created in her name, Reagan Delaney Tokes Memorial Foundation. Each year they hold the Rally for Reagan to raise funds for academic scholarships in her name. The Reagan Tokes Act was also signed into law in Ohio to address some of the systemic issues that led to her murder. I would say about 50 to 75% of the true crime cases I watch, the monster is someone who had a history of known violence and had even been caught before, but somehow was set free time and time again. The failure of our justice system is a consistent and prominent factor in the cause of so many of these brutal tragedies.

Clear lines of sight only give people more chances to make prejudiced assumptions about someone in their vicinity. We only think about the harm caused to entitled, rich white girls by a little mutilation and torture, when statistically 99.999% of the time the harm caused is the other person being offended that the girl ran to her car immediately upon seeing someone 'suspicious.' That would piss off anyone. It's simple when you think about it. Super probable that nothing happens. Tiny chance of death. Personally, I'd rather be dead than be a bigot. But that's just me.
