I don’t know what I would have done if I didn’t, or I should say, my wife hadn’t found Douglas and Noah’s videos, and eventually Douglas’s book for me. It was the thing that kept me alive knowing they had experienced the hell I was going through and survived. Never give up!

Two of my favourite trail blazers. Who are both so brave and dear. Noah has always been so raw and open about every issue he attempts to share with his viewers. I just hope Noah stays straight from now on but it’s really one day at a time. I watch a guy on UA-cam who took 14 times in recovery and is now sober and straight. Great interview Doug.......

The more you fight and work hard to get well , the closer you are to recovery . It can take a a long time to get well . Relapse has to be accepted , but two steps back can be three steps forward . It’s all part of the fight . Well done Noah with the fight . Can you take medication for your addiction !? Could you try somthing new, perhaps study , take up a hobby , travel .that can be a good distraction , and could improve your mood.

I am a mother who has been an off and on opiate addiction for 13 years of my life. I have been abusing methadone and kratom. I am very sick time around. I am thinking of going to rehab this time for a couple weeks and. I did not learn how to cope either. Opiate what’s been my coping mechanism. I want off this rollercoaster, I am scared of how long the recovery and the rest of my life will be.
