“Sam’s pumped, she’s so excited she doesn’t even want to be on camera anymore” 😂 I really enjoyed you guys’ video and will be in Mazatlan for 60 days starting in October. I’m even more excited after seeing this !
Fun video you guys - love it! We've stayed in Playa Sur a few times now, so usually hit El Faro in the afternoon when the sun is on the other side of the hill. Those steps though! They added some wooden railings I think a few years ago in a few places. I'm amazed at seeing the wide range of ages walking up there. Did you see any of the workers carrying up packs of drinks on their backs for the little shop at the top? They're human mules LOL. Strong and sturdy. That walk along the Malecon does seem to go on forever doesn't it. Thank goodness for all of the Oxxos. One trip on our first day, we walked all the way from Olas Altas to Hot Dog Charly's in the GZ for dinner. Pulmonia for the trip home though. I'd like to rent a bike and do the whole length, or maybe even build up to a run. The people are generally very nice, and I hope the culture never changes. Gotta work on my espanol though. Gracias por sus divertidos viajes y por haber creado estos excelentes videos. Tal vez algún día nos encontremos en Mazatlán. Viviendo la vida loca!
Thanks for the video. We are coming next month to scout possible neighborhoods to move to. Any recommendations??? Being from New Orleans, we like very lively places.
@@kirkmadere5414 If you’re looking for lively either Gold Zone or Centro, they’re very different, but both are a lot of fun. They can both be very loud, just depends on where you are exactly. A ton to do, I’m sure you’ll love it! Pop into Que Pasa on Tuesday, if they’re open (they close usually in September) we’ll be there.
Centro Histórico is the BEST place because you have EVERYTHING walking! The beach, el mercado Pino Suarez full of fresh food, pickle ball in the mornings at Parque Ciudades Hermanas, (for $30 pesos a day) Paseo del Centenario, Olas Altas (where you can have the best sunset views) Faro, Observatorio, Sea food, Plazuela Machado and the BEST and cozy restaurants are located here, two embarcaderos to Isla de la Piedra ($30 pesos per person back and forth) looots of coffee shops, fresh and natural bread of masa madre, all the banks, great internet areas, aaaall here in Centro Histórico! I am a born and raised mazatleca who LOVES Mazatlán!
I might be going to hell, but at the start of the video I was rooting for the guy to jump. Love the frog dance lol. +1 on building a wall around CA. Really coming along with prod qual, looks great! As you kept getting closer to that big rock by the water all I could think was "I bet Sams secretly going to be watching for asshole monkeys". A perfect ending to this vid would have been if that gate at the top was closed hahahahah
@@SheriLatulip Pakistan leads the world in Diabetes per capita. Is that because of Coca-Cola? Insulin is WAY cheaper in Mexico, not even close. My wife is Type 1 and her A1C1 is better than most Americans. Insulin is about $60 usd here and when we left USA 3 years ago it was $270.
@@aznomads1579 The info came from a UA-cam documentary. You might want to follow JC travels he has lived in Mexico with his wife for 20 plus years he has a wealth of knowledge. Also Dr. Ken Berry has numerous videos on UA-cam for health. That is wonderful the cost of insulin is low in Mexico. Big Pharma controls the US.
Sorry, not surprised that a Californian was offended so easily. This isn’t one person, this is the thousands, if not tens of thousands of people leaving California, coming to different states and then wanting to change the cultures of those states into California. That’s the problem.
@@aznomads1579lol ah man I’m from California too. But I ain’t butthurt about it. I agree that people shouldn’t be spray painting stuff. Sadly people get away with a lot of crimes over here.
