I just have the surgery, I am up and down with the nerves pain, is it that happened with you as well? I would like to know more about the sitting, how long you can sit for the first 2 weeks?
Hey! Glad you’re doing well after your surgery! I’m 4 weeks post-op L4-L5 microdiscectomy and had some calf pain and greater tor numbness (similar to before surgery) and the only thing I did different was a 2 hour car ride in one day! How have you increased your sitting stamina?
Hey, thankyou! Congrats, around the 4-6 week mark j experienced sciatic pain but it went away again so I believe it was the nerve regeneration so stay strong. It’s gonna be irritable for a while and you’ll get random pains here and there but it settles down. I’m like 5 months post surgery now and barely ever get any pain and I’m back to work plastering. I can sit for a good while but I like to get up every 15 mins or so for a short walk around. I think sitting will always be something not to do for too long
Hey! I hope you're doing well. My question is a bit weird but how long after surgery you were able to have sex? I'm asking that because me and my husband are trying to have a baby and I'm doing the surgery this month, so I'm really curious about that? :)
