I'm akali main and i agree, this matchup is akali favored, until yone itemizes for MR+Lifesteal before akali gets void, yone's engages are very predictable and this the best thing akali can ever ask for, when shieldbow was a first item, this matchup was harder for akali because you had to get a lead before yone completed shieldbow, but now this is a lot easier cause yone needs MR and Lifesteal to actually win
@@Qopa yone wins level 1 and level 2, 3-5 is slightly akali favored, post 6 is akali all the way until yone has both MR and Lifesteal and once akali has void she wins again, this is because yone due to shielding and lifesteal gets so absurdely tanky that akali can never all in and yone will just heal back any chip dmg so in the 2-3 item mid game yone can win if he didnt lose badly before

Apparently Tahm is broken atm, I never see it in korea but they overbuffed it from what I've heard, Yone should still be fine into him, it pretty much comes down to avoiding/dodging his Q's. Stand behind your minions and poke him down with Q/W, if he runs into you, you can run around minions to make it hard for him to Q you while simultaneously hitting him back

What makes Akali hard to fight is that her damage doesnt make much sense. Her E should not deal that much damage and her Q deals too much to also have an empowered AA + low cooldown. It baits your brain into thinking she's weaker than she really is, I'm hardstuck D1/M so maybe I just need to get good
@@cody6550 Akali isn't strong, she just punishes the slightest mistakes very heavily like most slayers do, I main Akali and I find it very easy to beat Akali on my own, without resolve and D shield akali isn't even viable if the enemy knows how to play against her in many matchups, also yeah akali can build to just take out one single target (belt, electrocute/fleet) build but there are better champs at that and it massively lowers her carry potential for teamfights so that has to be respected if you look for her lane power vs actual game impact
