What a fantastic video guys!! I loved every single minute of it! I am definitely going to have to visit myself to paddle that beautiful stretch. Thank you so much for showing us your adventure! ☮️💟
Thanks for the comment. It really is a great river to paddle very peaceful. You really should give it a go . Give us a shout if you get down here would love to meet you and Bri 👍 ✌️
Interesting paddle. Have you tried the Bollin, launch at Airport Inn and take out just above the wier at the Swan with 2 Nicks, Bollinton. You get to paddle under the airport runway.
Absolutely marvellous video. Spectacular views. Great boat experience. Lovely place to visit. Awesome video skills. Thanks for sharing. Stay blessed and connected.
Nice one! I'm planning to do exactly that. I've got a little dock at Partington Bridge which you showed off in the distance at the start. Thanks for scouting it all out for me in advance. :) Hopefully the water level with be higher so those rocky bridges won't be a problem. I've got a tough inflatable row boat, I can just carry it in a bag on my back anywhere. :) I'm just starting getting into fishing too - that little river has everything!
Thanks for the comment. It’s a great river to paddle defo gonna do it again in the summer. The water level is defo higher at the moment with all the rain we’re having. If you’ve not already you want to try the river Mersey that’s a good one too. ✌️👍🛶
@@vangrandad8295 Yes, it's about the same distance to get to the Mersey. I've only got to the weir so far, but it has a decent dock area at the side and looks like I might be able to carry the boat around. But the Glaze is slightly closer and looks like a much better river to start on. It's sunny at the moment, might go today...
Your first comment was incorrect. You were looking towards Irlam AND Cadishead. Glaze Brook is the boundary between Warrington and Salford. The other direction is Hollins Green and Warrington.
Thanks for posting this. We've just moved to culcheth and have been looking for somewhere local to kayak. Can I ask which bridge the steps down are at?
Thanks for taking the time to comment. At the start of the video the what three words location comes up on the screen if you get the app it will take to the exact location. It’s the bridge just before you get into Cadishead you get in under the bridge. Hope this helps.👍✌️
The actual model is a Wave Sport Kayak Scooter WhiteOut Sit on Top Kayak there a bit old so not sure if there still made but any sit on top are more or less the same easy to get into and out of although and a lot more stable in the water they do weigh a bit more think these are about 22kg Hope this helps
Great to see parts of Manchester I otherwise would not.
Great video guys... Right up my street 👌 Getting our first kayak next week and can't wait to get out there.
