I’m sorry my husband “van Grandad “ sadly passed away last Feb . He loved making his videos and did them so the children and grandchildren had memories. This has been such a comfort knowing people have enjoyed watching them and we always have them to keep🥰 My children want to carry on making family videos as he would have loved that. I’ve just seen your message and I’m sorry I’m only just replying now. X

Hi. Unfortunately my dad who run this page suddenly passed away in February, therefore, the van had to go back as it was in his name, they wouldn’t allow a family member to take over the remaining payments. We were trying to locate the vans auction to keep an eye on but had no luck. How much did it sell for? Hopefully, whoever has the van now will have many good memories as we did 😊 we are hoping to carry on the adventures and make our own videos.

@@vangrandad8295 Oh im so sorry to here that. It must have many memories that van. I can't disclose sale prices but I can speak to the buyer for you if it is something you would want to keep hold of and you could have a chat about trying to keep it?

Hi. No, we completely understand that you can’t disclose the sale price. It was more curiosity than anything as if it was more than the outstanding finance amount, technically the company the finance was with would owe my mum the difference - but it is not the end of the world. The memories in the van would never be the same for us as they were with Dad, so in time we will probably look into a new one to make new memories in. Thank you

@@vangrandad8295 we have signed all the petitions and are hoping they scrap it. We can't afford a compliant van so we will have to pay the fees. We live and store the van bang in the middle of the zone so there is no way round it. It's ridiculous 😞

Yea same here we’ve signed everything we was looking at getting a bigger van but if this charge goes ahead it’s made our van worthless for a trade on or selling it 🤬😡

@@vangrandad8295 Its awful, they just need to do it in the city center and introduce traffic calming in other places, its simple. But yet again they are on the money making spin.

Think if they just opted for the city centre it would get accepted it’s all about the money as usual

Thanks for the comment. It’s a great river to paddle defo gonna do it again in the summer. The water level is defo higher at the moment with all the rain we’re having. If you’ve not already you want to try the river Mersey that’s a good one too. ✌️👍🛶

@@vangrandad8295 Yes, it's about the same distance to get to the Mersey. I've only got to the weir so far, but it has a decent dock area at the side and looks like I might be able to carry the boat around. But the Glaze is slightly closer and looks like a much better river to start on. It's sunny at the moment, might go today...

The actual model is a Wave Sport Kayak Scooter WhiteOut Sit on Top Kayak there a bit old so not sure if there still made but any sit on top are more or less the same easy to get into and out of although and a lot more stable in the water they do weigh a bit more think these are about 22kg Hope this helps

Thanks for taking the time to comment. At the start of the video the what three words location comes up on the screen if you get the app it will take to the exact location. It’s the bridge just before you get into Cadishead you get in under the bridge. Hope this helps.👍✌️
