Ye accha video tha. Westerners americans and europeans healthy food ki taraf jaa rahe hain aur hum unhealthy food ki taraf. Mera cousin US mein rehta hai aur woh bolta hai ki wahan pe fast foods cheap hai aur fruits and vegetables costly hai. Isliye wahan pe Rich log patle hote hain aur poor log mote. India ke zyaada tar street foods unhealthy hote hain because they use cheap oil. Ramdev baba sahi bolte hain ki agar healthy rehna hai toh 3 white cheez ko avoid karo; Sugar, Salt aur white Flour.
Aapke cousin ne faltoo baat batayin aapko😄😄Mai bhi US me hoon..aisi koi baat nahi..sabse Bada amir bhi McDonald's jata hai..example Donald Trump is fan of burgers fries and Coke😄😄..so aapke cousin ka logic sahi nahi hai😁
