I love the rims. But since I'm a bigger guy i can feel them flex if i lean too much in turns. They also speed up the process of building one of these bikes because ypu dont have to deal with the rag joint

That's usually the hardest part of doing these bikes. I would suggest using a hub adapter for it. It cost about 30 dallors but worth every penny. With those rag joints you almost never get them perfect then if you do after a few rides they need adjusted. It's a bad deal all around

Don't let sit for more than 1 minute no air blowing over the fence to keep it cool I already blew my motor I'm not sure what I blew but I think it's just the Rings and the piston I'll find out soon when I put it all together with the new rings
I bought a $25 Runleader Temp / Tack gauge. I no longer have to worry about destroying an engine from riding too long & overheating. I should have bought it 1st instead of wasting $12 on the rpm type gauge only.....For more cooling you could make a cylinder head air scoop. They used to use them on old air cooled 2 stroke motorcycles before switching to water cooled. They do work by increasing airflow to the cylinder. Or build a "thermosyphon" style radiator out of a car heater core for the mini radiator, some fittings , copper or aluminum tubing that's wrapped around the cylinder cooling fins & some rubber hose, hose clamps. Thermosyphon style works without a water pump. Used on early 20th century car engines.

I'm trying to figure out if the chain they sell at Farm N Fleet, Ace Hardware, is stronger than the gold "heavy duty" 415 chain sold online. I seen some gold/stainless 415 with o-rings online. I'm thinking that's probably better than the local hardware store stuff.......🤔 Come to think of it, the Farm King/Tractor Supply chain isn't stainless so.... Gonna get the gold stainless.
It can be done nit sure how the exhaust would fit but you could always get a custom exhaust if it didn't fit. As far for the sproket size it would kinda be on if you want.

@@soundqubedkiller5885 easiest way with out disassemble is to just pull plug, put thick plumbers solder in a 90 degree through spark hole crank over once, look up a vid, it’s easier then explaining
@@soundqubedkiller5885 it’s making sure you have the right head gasket thickness, these engines have a little play in there stroke, when at high rpm or high rev an unbalanced piston on crank can get the piston real close to head, squish confirms your not rattling the top of your piston on the head.

Hello, how did you install the rear sprocket on the summer rim? So I understand where the brake disc is attached?
The brake disk goes frist then the drive sproket. But if you buy your rims from BikeBerry its already set-up

I just use regular valvoline in mine and I've been running it for 2 years or so. I have a temperature gauge and it doesn't get hot at all
I also couldn’t find the Valvoline 2 stroke racing oil and just used Lucas semi synthetic 2 cycle, have not noticed any negative side affects from it

How do you get them to idle like that? With my bikes you have to hold the clutch and give it gas for it to keep going, please help!
There is a flat head screw on the left side of the bike. Warm it up the adjust the screw in clock wise a little bit untill it idles where you want it
could be an air leak but try adjusting your idle screw first.
