That Brad Polain. The Brad is a seasoned pro that has done some spectacular work not only with HSCC, but touring and session work. There's depth in this collective when the drummer can rip skins like that and pull off Sting. At the same time.
HSCC is officially the tenth wonder of the world. Period. Never seen such an assembly of professionals who bring it on every song they play. CD quality sound. I've downloaded a lot of your music but like I said, I'd love a CD of your work, as an old school music fan and collector.
I've discovered HSCC during lockdown and loving the quality of performances and superb song interpretations, breathing new life into these songs. I keep replaying these videos. I'm in the UK and will come running if you folks ever perform here.
The nod at 3:00 from the guitarist (his back to the drummer) - communicated by the bassist to the rhythm section - to end the solo and go into the vocal bridge. Musicianship at its finest
sooooooooo thrilling version !!!!!! love it .. probably the best version .. such a groove, the drummer, bassist and guitar solo in the middle ... no words needed !!! the best ever
You know they are great musicians when the cover is as good as the original version while bringing new ideas, reharmonization, and colors without destryoing the original spirit of the song. Great job!
the best band ever!!! they always give justice to every song they play. All of them have extra ordinary talent in music. I can listen to all of their videos all day. I even shared some on my Facebook page . their choice of music is so relaxing. I was born in 80's and every time they play my favorite songs, it reminds me of how lucky I am to be born in 80's . I hope they will continue to sing great songs and upload it here. God bless to all of them.
I've been geeking out on this drummer's fantastic playing....and now he SINGS LIKE THIS while keeping a great pocket. Mad props, sir. I've been a singing drummer for years folks - it is HARD to keep your pocket tight when you're handling the vox.
@@christophercasey6775 It took all my powers of hand, foot and mouth coordination to sing and play this and not completely f*@k it up. There was still a few dodgy bits in there but it was the best overall take.
This song 'Walking on the moon' is based on Bass & Drums entirely & trick work of Bass string & frets & High Hat,Snare Drum & Bass Drum combination & HSCC JUST NAILED IT.Love this amazing Band
It takes MAD SKILLS to sing while playing any instrument- ESPECIALLY drums- and he doesn't just sing- he sings amazingly well. What a set of pipes he has. I Love these people.
Wow!...Nice job guys...Great drummer...great vocal...I just knew that he had the pipes.....It ain't easy playing the kit and singing..especially a syncopated tune....Great job all!
This drummers is seriously serious...killer....drumming par excellence and singing too....extremely skilled and knows what hes doin n doing it....it it it it
HSCC also cover “Englishman in New York” with same guy on lead vocals/drums. Just search “HSCC Brad polain” and you’ll find all the HSCC songs featuring Bradley. He also does frequent bvs.
Totally floored . Brad's voice is amazing and to play the drums at the same time is super impressive. I can barely walk and chew gum at the same time 🙂 Thank you !
What a bunch of champions... and let's give it up for your drummer mate... I've worked with a few drummers over the years that can sing while they're drumming too... outstanding talent, my hats off to you Brad...
Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!! This is my favourite Police-song!! Wonderful cover! I specially like the percussion - makes me feel like I am walking on the moon... :)
Oh Yeah, this jazzy version kicks ass. serious skill boys shout out to the Drummer superb but no-one can ignore Con's bass grooves, again the outro piece...wow. what can i say...another classic classic
Loved the vocal, the arrangement and the blistering guitar solo but you really have to admire the quality of the recording and the fact that it is performed live! Thanks to you all for a little diversion.
that day when the drummer lets you all know who really is the boss..so good..man this is not an easy song to play..and to sing it too....awesome amazing drummer alert!!!! just listen to him on this track.....and the percussionist is always just filling it all in..that guy is amazing too.
Police! Great rendition and interpretation! I liked how you guys threw in that reggae vibe! I'm a guitar addict and man this lead guitarist is awesome! Cheers!
Middle of the night, don't sleep, don't care coz I'm gliding barefoot with my phone listening to that smooth head voice, a shredding guitar, a rhythm section so cool and that's it! A fresh recreation of a good old tune! I like it like that!
Wow, playing the drums (four seperated actions required) and above that also singing the lead, witch is mostley another rythm as the drum-part > one word > respect
Man I love this version of one of my favorite Police songs. Really dig the lead vocal and those extra jazzy chords. So cool. Also love the lead guitar. The only thing I would add is a killer sax solo. Anyway ... today is probably the 10th time I've played this gem. I'm sure tomorrow will be the 11th.
Incredible arrangement! Thank you so much for sharing this with the world! I’m 54 and when I was a kid it was a handful of record producers who decided what bands got air play. Now with the internet bands can self-publish and fans can hear talent from all over the world we never would’ve had the opportunity to hear otherwise! I put together a list of artists I found on UA-cam I want to see live which includes Senri Kawaguchi in Japan, Keiko Freitas in Brazil, Gabriella Quevedo in Sweden and now HSCC in Australia! I almost booked a flight to see Dave Matthews earlier this year but they canceled it due to the pandemic. I’ll keep watching your videos until I get down there. Stay healthy!
Just love this dude. He's tasteful when necessary, economic if needed and precise like a cutting-edge diamond. And now, he shreds. He makes you move and him, he does not even tap the f.*** foot. Stylish!
I WATCHED THIS BACK IN 2019 BUT JUST CAME BACK TO IT - WOW! Brad, James and Darren - you hit this one out of the park - I just wish we could hear these guys playing TOGETHER again. One can only dream . . . . James Muller is such a talented guitarist.
@@Meat-popsikle Oh thanks, man. Really appreciate it. EWTRTW was a tricky one - with no percussion to carry that important shaker part, playing that original hi-hat pattern just wasn't going to work. So I just went with a standard shuffle with lots of ghosting to fill it out. Don't know that it was better than the original, but it turned out okay. Cheers mate!
Woooooo! I was not expecting this! Damn good vocals. Im a drummer and I know its not easy singing, playing and keeping time at the same time! Respect and hats off to you, brother. WELL FREAKEN DONE!!!
😳 Oh my ... When the drummer started singing my jaw dropped. Pitch perfect.
Oh my, when the drummer started singing, my jaw dropped ... just singing this at all at the same time as playing :o
Exactly. Was not expecting that at all
Go and see the doctor
That Brad Polain. The Brad is a seasoned pro that has done some spectacular work not only with HSCC, but touring and session work. There's depth in this collective when the drummer can rip skins like that and pull off Sting. At the same time.
I’ll never stop being impressed with drummers who sing and play at the same time, and do both well
He's Extremely talented to be able to do it.
Reminds me of Phil Collins. .
I know I can't sing and play. But then again, I can't sing.
HSCC is officially the tenth wonder of the world. Period. Never seen such an assembly of professionals who bring it on every song they play. CD quality sound. I've downloaded a lot of your music but like I said, I'd love a CD of your work, as an old school music fan and collector.
Best guitar solo I've seen by HSCC
STUART COPELAND WOULD JUST SHOWER ALL HIS LOVE AND GOOD WISHES TO THIS GREATEST BAND. WHAT A FAVULOUS DRUMMER. PERFECTLY PERFORMED.GOD BLESS YOU ALL.
blown away by the drummers skills and the group as well.....
I've discovered HSCC during lockdown and loving the quality of performances and superb song interpretations, breathing new life into these songs. I keep replaying these videos. I'm in the UK and will come running if you folks ever perform here.
too right
i just found them too - recommended by a guy on korg Krome facebook page. I can't believe how good these people are
Same here! I'm a freakin fan!
Me too - great discovery during these odd times.
I am right with you. Superb!
The nod at 3:00 from the guitarist (his back to the drummer) - communicated by the bassist to the rhythm section - to end the solo and go into the vocal bridge. Musicianship at its finest
If forced to come up with a Top 10 of these people, this track would sail in. Everything about it is pure class.
Yeah no doubt Deon and for many reasons!
I like this jazzy instrumental solo part in the middle of the song. And the drummer has the perfect voice.
Wow, what a masterpiece!

Wow! What a fabulous Guitarist.
This recording is so perfect. It's amazing. Each time I get brought back here I notice something else awesome!
Wow! The guitarist is simply astounding! I’ve listened to several of his solos and he never disappoints.
James Muller
Wowzers, loved that jazzy feel to this. Sting would be proud. Drummer singing and playing as he did....bloody brilliant.
Your guitarist have some serious chops - drummer too - fantastic cover - so much talent in one band - amazing.
Excellent! Love how you guys added a jazz feel to this !
Brilliant! The arrangement, the musicianship, the production.. perfect 👌🏻
Everybody sings in the band! My goodness what a suave smooth voice 🤜🤛

Absolutely brilliant!!!!!!!!!!!!! What a guitar solo !!!

Yup your right. I am a singing drummer and for sure he can do it better than me. Props to the MAN

That drummer...since the begining...wow!!. great voice. Thx
Kudos to the drummer! Unbelievable band!!! Congrats guys for sharing these beautiful songs.
There is a reason why you never see any Police cover songs on UA-cam, the vocals are incredibly high for a man. I have to say this sounds great.
AMAZING /HAVE NOT WORDS....
Even sting himself remade Roxanne an octave lower
Amazing performance all of you!! Congrats!!
Greatness. Loved the Gtr solo and reinterpretation. Nice pad on Keybs and funky bass / bongos. Wow.
Dude on percussion is awesome.
Thanks God we have Such brilliant people !!! On earth
This drummers is seriously serious...killer....drumming par excellence and singing too....extremely skilled and knows what hes doin n doing it....it it it it
Cheers!! Thanks very much
I am so impressed with his high tone voice, and cannot believe he is doing this while beating the drums. Hats off...
Amazing interpretation. Love his voice. He should sing more songs with the country club.
Not an easy song to sing and play at the same time! Great voice and great group
Brad is my favourite vocalist in HSCC... Mint! 100%
Men ! What a beautiful version !
Bravo !!!
Everybody is playing so good and singing very well !!!!
Thank to all of you guys ! 👍😊
A little wine, surf, sea mist and let HSCC take you away with THIS! Perfect!
Love and admire a singing drummer and Brad is probably the best example of this talent since Karen carpenter. And, what a band.
Awesome, guys. Absolutely awesome. You guys never stop to amaze me. Great vocals and arrangement.👍
The guitarist is a Master. Drumming that Copeland style and singing. So good.
Another superior performance from Hindley Street!
Please have this guy sing more songs in your band... Been playing this song over and over everday

What a surprise when I heard the singer ! All is great ! Very good mix !
It’s the most beautiful musical arrangement of walking on the moon that I have heard ! So far and away ! Exceptional musicians !
Loved the vocal, the arrangement and the blistering guitar solo but you really have to admire the quality of the recording and the fact that it is performed live! Thanks to you all for a little diversion.

Great jazzy feel and nicely atmospheric. Fantastic!
Middle of the night, don't sleep, don't care coz I'm gliding barefoot with my phone listening to that smooth head voice, a shredding guitar, a rhythm section so cool and that's it! A fresh recreation of a good old tune! I like it like that!
Drummer has some cajones! Playing Copeland and singing Sting.
When you put it that way! Yeh!
You say it! That the way it should be said
If he has some Cojones, how come he can sing in Sting's register?
Wayne you took the words out of my mouth
Kudos for sure but he ain’t playing anything like what Copeland was doing on “Walking on the Moon”
The drummer has a great voice!
Another really good one! Thank you.
I have been lucky to have discovered them thanks to the quarantine. They are great. Greetings from Lima, Peru.
Wow, playing the drums (four seperated actions required) and above that also singing the lead, witch is mostley another rythm as the drum-part > one word > respect
Very good!!! Another talented show !!! Thank you very much!!!
This is just sublime. Wow. Wow. Wow. Thank you, and all the best to you and yours.
I love HSCC!!! This wonderful cover-version made my day. "I hope my legs don`t break!"
This guy is amazing ... it's an ear worm ... the song gets stuck in your brain, walking on air in the store you start singing the song
Man Oh man, brilliant version, and that bass lead babble at the end!
It'll be days before I can pick myself up off the floor!
