We're on a mission to help 1,000,000 vegans get into the best shape of their lives because we believe that the more healthy, fit vegans there are in the world, the faster veganism will spread. Let’s work together to inspire change, spread compassion, and challenge the status quo.

👁 About this video: In this video, we'll teach you how to shred fat without feeling hungry. The secret lies in caloric density. When you eat foods that have lots of volume for few calories, you can quickly shred fat while actually enjoying the process! No more hunger or frustration.
great video! you should make a series on "volume eating." i need more ideas on high volume foods (:
PLEASE do more of these volume eating videos!!
Thank you for the suggestion!! 😃💚
Great video! I’m cutting right now so this was a great perspective at the right time. I’ve completely cut out bread and swapped for eating everything over salad and it’s been working great. Thanks for the info 🌱💪🏻
Stumbled upon the vegan protein review video, loved it! Started watching your other ones. Wish there was more videos, super informative. Should consider reducing the unnecessary bits: grocery shopping, writing things out on the board (perhaps consider doing it on an illustrator software and just add it to the video so it’s even more clear to us, viewers). In all will continue to check out the other videos and website! Great job!
Thank your great work on showing us! Helping people like me! Thank you 🙏 for all you do!!
Thank you! 🙂
This is funny, but your video is the 2nd I've seen today that mentions Wegmans. I grew up in Rochester, NY so you're bringing back memories. :-)
I've had shingles for the last few weeks, been brutal and can't train, can't wait to finally heal up and lift I'm itching to get back so bad, it's hard to drop your routine, great video love a big ass bowl of veggies especially in the morning, very hydrating too
Love this video!
Excellent information and demonstration!
Glad you found it helpful!!
I gotta say, that is that absolute most fitting hairstyle I’ve seen on a person. I have never looked at someone and said, “wow their hair really ties everything together” until now. You’ve changed my perspective on hair entirely, and needless to say I like the cut.
Great tips!
Thank you so much for this video!! This totally explains how easy it is to lose weight the right way without muscle loss. Thank you!!!
Glad you found the video helpful! 😃💚
I can’t wait to try that dressing!
Thank you for this. Go, volume eating! 🙌
Hope you like it!
Great video, thanks
Glad it helped
Making salad dressing with tofu and no oil is a game changer, thank you✨🙌🏽
It really is, I hope you enjoy it! 😊
Such an informative video!! I wish I had the patience to grocery shop and cook like this on an empty stomach. I couldn’t do it 😂
I really appreciate you showing us what you’re eating in a day! I would to be lean! And hopefully put on muscle! Like today! I made oatmeal for breakfast! With walnuts! Flaxseed! Plant protein powder! A strong coffee! Then 🍌 fruit smoothie!! For lunch! I made a tofu rap with hot sauce! I might have a whole grain cereal for dinner!
Can we get more low cal salad dressings please?
I’m new with my journey on plant based! I’ve been basically eating oatmeal ‘ walnuts’ flaxseed! Plant protein powder! I had tofu rap for lunch
Potatoes are not that high in calories.. plain white potatoes have 700 calories per kilo, so 400 calories of potatoes would be more than half a kilo. I use them to get more volume than say rice, sure, you can eat a lot more broccoli for the same amount of calories but potatoes are very high on the satiety scale.
Glad I found yall! do you change your workouts while on a cut? also do you see moderate lean muscle gains while cutting?
like are you trying to constantly progressively overloading?
@@brandon637 yea you should keep your workouts the same. Maybe increase cardio and ofc if you're able increase the weights
Do you get any gas/bloating eating that volume of fiber, cruciferous foods, protein, beans etc.?? If so how do you combat it?
I want to know too because my stomach doesn’t look lean but arms and legs look leaner so I can’t tell if it’s working
Our bodies will adapt to that with time.
As far as I heard, there are many different kinds of bacteria in our guts. If you eat a lot of x it feeds the bacteria that processes x and therefore there is lots of bacteria that can process x. If you rarely eat y however there won't be much bacteria for that and that doesn't feel very good - but luckily over time the bacteria population can adapt.
Yeah, that’s what I was thinking. No matter who you are that amount of fibre will see you spending time on the🚽🚽🚽
easy to not be hungry problm is you get lightheaded
I’m hungry😋
We're ALWAYS hungry hahaha - that's why we have to make huge, low-calorie meals when we are working to shred fat! Thanks for checking out our video Phillip!
If you think about it, one tablespoon is like a spoonful 😂 cracked me up
hahaha :-P
I never track my lemons😭
Wtf is broccolini
Delicious.
It is a hybrid of broccoli and gai lan. SMaller heads and longer stalks, more tender than standard Broc.
