LB's Narumi will be on guitar at the next Down Dope Squad show in January. DDS is a project of guitarist Yoshi of Aldious, with Miho ex-Lovebites on bass, Hina of TSP on drums, Maki Oyama on vocals-Saki of Nemophila was on second guitar for the first two DDS shows, in August and earlier this month, but she'll be busy with Nemo duties and not available in January.

@@OldMrB In her Destrose days Narumi shared the bandstand with Miho, and often shared the bill with Aldious and Mary's Blood (Saki) and TSP, so she knows all the DDS players.
I'm glad you put the focus on Yuuki's "busy" bass lines - she's so cute that one easily forget to listen closely to her bass work, but she's VERY good! They all are of course, killer team!

If you look at the MV credits, you'll notice the tracklist of the new album - and surprise, those are all new songs, no songs from the former EP! Also, no lyrics from Asami (too busy with Lovebites I suppose)

Man, I could see Lonesome_Blue being the Japanese band to break into the North American mainstream rather than SCANDAL or Band-Maid. Maiko especially could function as the designated English speaker that keeps appearing in K-Pop groups.

I have the same problem with this band as I do with Lovebites. The singer just hasn't got the depth and power to keep up with the rest of the band . When there wasn't any vocals I really liked it a lot. The sound of the music is great and the drummer and bass are like every Japanese band I really don't know how they do it. Drums are a part of Japanese culture so that explains that but so many really good bass players what is happening. Anyway it certainly wasn't terrible but the singer has to stop sounding like she is straining and on the very edge of her range all the time. Even if her range is narrow it doesn't matter just stay in it. Like Rei from Brats.
