guitarist in this band is narumi suzuki - she was in the band DESTROSE with bassist miho and drummer haruna from LOVEBITES - 2012 and 2013 when DESTROSE had it's best [imo] lineup. and drummer mizuki in this band is also the drummer for EAST OF EDEN - a relatively new japanese girl group that you reacted to their song 'evolve' recently. bassist yuuki hirose is one of my favorites as well. not only is she a solid player but sooooo cute !
Great Reaction! Thank you for reacting to it. Thought you would like the bass work on this one, Yuuki really shines in this one. This is definitely one of my favorites by them. Unfortunately guitarist Narumi left the band around a year ago and they've been using live support guitarists since, but hopefully they find a permanent replacement and can keep going as I think they have a lot of promise as a group. Time will tell.
There is a live version someone uploaded several months after I had originally made this request - I had toyed with having you switch to that video but the audio quality (of the video, not the band) really wasn't that great on it, plus it was just weeks before Narumi left and maybe it's my imagination after the fact, but she didn't look ultra happy in the live video, so I figured stick to the original MV. I saw Narumi live when she filled in for Toki with Aldious, she was exactly the same. I think that's her personality. I've seen a few live videos of this band and to be totally honest, they weren't that good. The band wasn't tight and the vocals were a mess. Just my personal opinion, they may not be ready for prime time just yet.
Saw East of Eden's first live show and Lonesome Blue's, and EoE were clearly the better band. Saw LB at Naon no Yaon last year, and Narumi was clearly not enjoying herself. No surprise she left.

She’s a damn good bass player for a voice actress! Yuuki is well known for being in an “idol” band “Queen of Purple” and did have more Twitter followers than LOVEBITES at one point - on her own! Mizuki, the drummer is good enough for East of Eden so no, she doesn’t need any production help. The guitarist is Narumi, well it was, she left, reading between the lines, the management company are “difficult”. Maiko is on vocals, she’s actually better than this song but not exceptional live - she needs more time in the seat but as mentioned, the management company are difficult. They had a gem here before Narumi left, and kinda squandered it all. Now Yashiro is filling in, they won’t succeed with Lonesome_Blue unless they either let her in properly and let her write, or replace Narumi properly and actually promote the band! Their EP and album are both top shelf. Such a waste.

I had really high hopes for this band even though it’s clearly a producer project, but after the promising EP, and this one track, I found the rest of the album kind of forgettable, and I was quite underwhelmed by their live performances. The vocalist struggled to stay on pitch and as mentioned, Narumi, the guitarist looked really bored and has since left the band. I hope they can recover, but I don’t know.
