Top 10 HillClimb Monsters || Gurnigel Bergrennen 2019

So today we are bringing another round of the Swiss HillClimb Championship and alongside another tremendous entrylist full of proper Monsters, this time we also had the weather playing a major part and really mixing everything up.
So we have a Top 10 full of surprises, new cars and even for the first time, a female driver ranking among the 10 Fastest machines (congratulations to Vanessa Zenklusen for the amazing performance). Of course between Lancer Evolution Monsters, Escort Cosworth and 911 GT3 units there were some usual appearances, but keep a close eye on each machine present here some very experienced drivers found their way to spectacular final results.

Rain is always a game changer and this Top 10 certainly shows why.Very interesting mix of cars.First female racer in Top 10 and man can she drive.Props to Vanessa Zenklusen for fantastic performance in wet conditions.Just a proof that girls can do it too.Speaking of others,Ianiello,Gerard,Nussli and Schnellmann show class and skill that comes with years of experience.Many thanks for this.

You'd be surprised by some cars. 2 weeks ago, I've seen on my own eyes how FWD Citroen Saxo with 1.5l engine was beating many Mitsubishi Lancers and during one training, it was 2nd only to Drotár's Fabia. And only by a second.

It's the rain. Top cars are AWD in this video. FWD is a bit easier to handle than RWD in the wet. Rear engined air-cooled Porsches are difficult to drive as it is.

Porche's Il6 were superb.
Both Escorts were amazing!
The Lancer had too much spoilers and looked to me as Dick Dastardly's old plane.

Partly. These times are the sum of 2 Official Competitive runs and both were held in different conditions. First one a bit drier and second one with heavy rain ;)
