Theres's a perk that gives you a heads up when an enemy is looking at you so they could have that perk on. I have definitely gotten a few people with that cause I could see they were aiming at me and I was able to turn around and take them out

I dont know why but this is first cod I cant aim good enough my kd is 1 in most matches but in past I finished with 1.5 _ 2 kd usually...
