Lol. Y'all are crazy if you think the actual street price will be anywhere near that MSRP. No different than the Gen2 RA rifles. MSRP over 700, street prices in the low 500s.
All 3 of my sons from 29-14 have a Taurus firearm. I’ve got Colt’s, Beretta’s, Glocks, Sig Sauer’s (P210 Target A 9mm), Ruger MK I, II & III, & 10/22, Tikka, Savage, & I still ❤️ my Taurus’s!
Thank you for covering some of the more budget brands that very few cover. I am pretty interested in this bing bang, but that MSRP seems a little steep. I am anxious to see the actual selling price 6 months to a year from now.
MSRP is 985. You could get a tikka, bergara, r700, or something else and still have a few hundred left over at the price. Taurus is crazy for that MSRP.
Exactly! You can offer a new line especially being a budget friendly brand and have it in the same league or higher as brands that were never in the market of budget friendly but you get what you pay for line of supporting why they are priced in the category they are. Give em credit for broadening thier horizons but this isn't the way to do it.
I’m a huge Taurus fan and super happy they have came out with a bolt action rifle! Just not a huge fan of the slick shiny stock. I hope they will come out with some camo stocks and some stimpling where it needs to be
I’ve had a Taurus item since I was 25, I think? Bought a PT-99 made in 87’, it looks brand new & shoots like a dream. Got my daughter-in-law a G3 for her work w/juveniles.
I'm not ashamed to admit I have a couple of Taurus handguns mixed in with the rest of the fancy Dan's that costs 5 times more, and they've been just as reliable as any of them.
I have the old pt111 millennium and it hasn't had any issues yet. I consider it my "tackle box gun" when I go fishing, but carry in a holster, plenty reliable.
I like Taurus a lot, especially back when they came out with their version of the Barretta 92f 9mm, which was made on the same machinery. This rifle looks nice, but I still like a adjustable cheek rest and length of pull. No one stock fits everyone ever.
I gotta have 1, pure & simple! I’ve shot Taurus handguns since high school going back to 1986? My cousin had a PT-92 AF & las I knew 10k+ rounds ZERO failures to feed!
Very interesting. The stock looked shiny, I assume it doesn't have and rubberized grip to it like a CVA Cascade or Bergara. I hope they pay attention to that stuff because that is why I would rather have one of the other rifles. I do like the lines of the stock, just wish it didn't look so cheap.
Why? You aren't getting a threaded barrel Tikka for under a grand, and street price on this will be around $800 most likely. Tikka factory stocks suck anyways.
Yikes wouldn’t be comparable, now I know you’re just spewing off the first brand you can think of. The cva cascade or franchi momentum obvious competition
Interesting....making them here in Bainbridge, Ga where I live. I would love to see one and do a review as a hunter. I work 2 miles away from the factory. Taurus...hit me up.
Video request: given the exact same ammo. What is the difference in performance between a bolt action and a lever action and for fun, a semi automatic and possibly a single shot. But I'm mostly interested in bolt action v lever action.
Nice looking Bing bang they need to slim down that can looks more like a canister than a can love. The green can't wait to see the other caliber s that might be a possible option for me sure it's not going to be as affordable as a ruger American dude
I like the fact that they came to play. But 9 beans on a first release known budget company. I believe I would stick to some known proven company’s in that price.
For 9 “hondo”…..would much rather spend the money on Tikka or Howa. My CZ Alpha 600 was $349 after rebate and is pretty much the same gun, if not better.
Looks nice. 3/4 inch groups are good too but 308 is very vanilla and creedmoor is kind of like fat free sugar free vanilla lol. I own a creedmoor and they are fine lol. If they cost 900 if say build an ar10 instead of this.
Taurus has come along way, but it seems a little pricey. A ruger american gen 2 is around 600 dollars out the door. A little bit of money can mean a deal breaker for alot of people. I still hope they sell alot.
does the stock have any of that flimsy tupperware feel too it like most budget rifles have? also i read on their website, it looks like the action and barrel are stainless? if thats true thats pretty nice. people will still crap on it cause it says taurus on it, but this looks pretty promising
Did they do a collaboration with PSA.. I just watched a video of the new PSA bolt action coming out and it looks to be exactly the same... same action same stock everything
Nice looking rifle, however I don't know it's it's theblighting I'm shotshow but iam not to fond of the high sheen smooth finish of the stock. For one light reflection in the field and seems like it would get quite slippery if its snowing or raining. Lastly would be the weight. The 308 I built for F class was 10.5 lbs I have walked that around in the woods twice and it became VERY noticeable after the first mile in. This rifle with optics at 7.5lbs?? 🤦♂️ not putting them down but I think they need to go back to the drawing board.
More interested in the palmetto bolt action it should cost less while being equally customizable. Also anyone passing on these guns because they already have a creedmoor and a 308?
Hey while your there, if you make it by to see the ruger American gen 2’s…ask them how to re-install bolt on an already scoped zinger…they’ve done something wonkey and it doesn’t seem possible. Maybe there is a secret.
It looks good...2 bad I've owned 2 separate Taurus handguns that where both junk and have no more faith in the company and won't be spending the 900 bucks to even give this Taurus a chance
You forgot to ask the most important question...........the price! The main reason for buying Taurus is price, if they got "proud" of their products like some of the other brands, I see no reason to buy it.
I like Taurus a lot, especially back when they came out with their version of the Barretta 92f 9mm, which was made on the same machinery. This rifle looks nice, but I still like a adjustable cheek rest and length of pull. No one stock fits everyone ever.
Looks great, but over $900? Idk bout that
Yea 984.99 msrp is insane
I have some Taurus bings mainly for their affordability. If I'm spending a grand for a bolt bing bang, I'll go with something else.
For $900 I'll buy a bergarra, Kimber etc.. etc... and maybe I'm old school but these new stock designs on all these new guns are horrendous and fugly.
Lol. Y'all are crazy if you think the actual street price will be anywhere near that MSRP. No different than the Gen2 RA rifles. MSRP over 700, street prices in the low 500s.
Taurus is supposed to be a cheaper version of Ruger.... how is this coming in above the new Americans they got out.
Great show my friend and thanks again for the info and the rifle looks great 👍👍👍👍
Thanks for watching!
Awesome video thanks for all you do you are outstanding
Style, not the same action. It’s likely a much better firearm at this point.
He'll yes
I'm definitely interested in this rifle
I already like the handle drop on the rear stock. A thumb safety that locks the bolt would be nice.

I don't have any Taurus's but I want to get some. I like the raging hunter, and now this.
So this looks like it's right up my alley! I need this and the GX4 Carry
I’m a huge Taurus fan and super happy they have came out with a bolt action rifle! Just not a huge fan of the slick shiny stock. I hope they will come out with some camo stocks and some stimpling where it needs to be
Looks like a good one . Thanks for sharing 👍🇺🇸

You rock! Appreciate you watching!
I'm not ashamed to admit I have a couple of Taurus handguns mixed in with the rest of the fancy Dan's that costs 5 times more, and they've been just as reliable as any of them.
As a matter of fact a Taurus G2 millennium used to be my carry, until I got a really good deal on a sig that I just couldn't pass up.
I have the old pt111 millennium and it hasn't had any issues yet. I consider it my "tackle box gun" when I go fishing, but carry in a holster, plenty reliable.

It's been released out on market. Can't wait for who tee who review.
Same
Did he know that you were the sportsman of the year? Better recognize! Nice looking gun
Looks like you're going to be busy this year with all these new rifles coming out. Can't wait for all the videos.
I stay busy 😆
So Caleb is working for Taurus now? Remember when Paul Harrell roasted him with that rebuttal?
Yes. I don't think I ever saw that
@@WHOTEEWHO check it out, it’s very interesting. Caleb didn’t come out looking too good.
Link?
Is that the Caleb Paul was talking about?
Yes it was!

I'm not so sure how much I trust Taurus, especially on a first-run rifle. I'll pass and wait a few years to see if it is really any good.
When is the sight in video???
Looks good but a gen ll ruger plus accesories for about same $ is where I'd go.
Nice rifle
Let who tee who handle it!
For about a grand is crazy. Might as well save a little more and get a Tikka sheesh.
Have a couple of the G series 9mm and a tx22. Think I will stick with the pistols.
Interesting....making them here in Bainbridge, Ga where I live. I would love to see one and do a review as a hunter. I work 2 miles away from the factory. Taurus...hit me up.
Hey nice to see Caleb!
I like Taurus but after seeing your video and some others as well I am torn between buying the expedition or pay more and get the beretta brx1
Was nice of their hobbit to tell you about that rifle.
WHAAAAAAT! THEY MAKE BOLT GUNS??!!
Video request: given the exact same ammo. What is the difference in performance between a bolt action and a lever action and for fun, a semi automatic and possibly a single shot. But I'm mostly interested in bolt action v lever action.

We are living in a Golden Age of firearms
Cool stuff! 😀
I like the fact that they came to play. But 9 beans on a first release known budget company. I believe I would stick to some known proven company’s in that price.
It looks good 👍
No one from the shot show videos have put anything out on the new taurus rifle wayvto go wtw
Things have improved
Here's hoping the final product isn't hot garbage
For 9 “hondo”…..would much rather spend the money on Tikka or Howa. My CZ Alpha 600 was $349 after rebate and is pretty much the same gun, if not better.
I give ya 4 hondo fer dat
@whoteewho, thanks for all the content man! Are you gonna get one of these and show us how it groups? Thanks again!
Appreciate you watching! I hope to get one
So Taurus is seriously dropping a .308 and a 10 mm in 2024... What a year, but after the last few, we deserve a good year lol
I don't hate it, but I would never pay nearly a grand for it.
Also, they really should have put put an adjustable stock on it.
Looks nice. 3/4 inch groups are good too but 308 is very vanilla and creedmoor is kind of like fat free sugar free vanilla lol. I own a creedmoor and they are fine lol. If they cost 900 if say build an ar10 instead of this.
You say that like the first 2 calibers anyone produces aren’t these 2. It’s expected because they sell.
@@AllThingsLoud_ true, companies have to make what people want to buy if they expect any success.
Taurus has come along way, but it seems a little pricey. A ruger american gen 2 is around 600 dollars out the door. A little bit of money can mean a deal breaker for alot of people. I still hope they sell alot.
the ruger is only worth that maybe
Id like to see how this lead lopper does! When can u get us a vidgy? On it
What about the price? There's tons of options in brands and models of bolt action rifle. This one looks great but is it priced competitively?
You get what you pay for. I’ll wait for a year or two to see what other hunters are saying about it and wait for the WTW seal of approval!
does the stock have any of that flimsy tupperware feel too it like most budget rifles have? also i read on their website, it looks like the action and barrel are stainless? if thats true thats pretty nice. people will still crap on it cause it says taurus on it, but this looks pretty promising
How much is this Sniper???
Did they do a collaboration with PSA.. I just watched a video of the new PSA bolt action coming out and it looks to be exactly the same... same action same stock everything
My biggest question, will they also release a left handed action?
Amen brother ! All rifle manufactures should have lefties. Hey Adam maybe you can put a word in for us lefties 😊
I wonder if the spiral work on the barrell at the action is just cosmetic.
Everyone seems to be making rem 700 style rifles even Psa is getting in on it
Is it a two lug bolt or a three lug bolt? I only purchase three lug bolt head rifles.
You should have been bargaining for a couple of free ones I an a fan of the brand and I hope they live up to my expectations
Awesome info
Thx

Noticed it has a 3 lug bolt ? Is is 70degree ?
Bolt action? Ok, that’s new…..
Me seeing you next to a normal human for the first time. You’re like 8 feet tall! Anyway, seems like a good rifle. Test it in 7mm-08

Hmm. I tried mine. Goes out and back in like usual. Has the little button on the side to let it back in
Tried again and worked 🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️
I had no idea how tall you were! Saw you with the backfire guy and Ron spomer. Towered over them.
😆😆😆
Is he that tall or are they just really small? I guess some things we will never know. 😂
@@jeffgojkovich a little of both I think
Taurus guy is actually 6' tall but Who_Tee is Tennessee tall.

Needs adjustable cheek rise.
Okay why does the ejection port not line up with cut lines on the stock.
6.8x51 high pressure?
Frankenstein gun. Built from other manufacturers parts.

I'm not too sure about that one.
Jesus, is who tee who a giant? He makes this guy look like a child.
When you going to do a review on that savage 110 trail hunter??
Soon. Bad weather put me behind then I had to leave town for shot show
A grand out of the gate is steep with a sketchy track record on quality that fallows them.
Can u use a Remage barrel to rebarrel it??
Do the stocks swap out with 700 stocks/chasis as well?
Not sure, but I think...
Will Taurus make this in a left hand?
I dunno
Nice but kind of expensive

If it's a remington 700 copy for $900 why not buy a remington ?
984 msrp was hoping 500 ish
