NEXT TO YOU - Original Song

When I wrote this song, it was primarily about how depression can affect your relationships: how you might push people away, while deep down just wanting someone to silently sit next to you until the storm passes. Today, however, this song took on a new meaning in light of the state of the world. I hope it can bring some comfort. Stay safe, take care of one another and may your loved ones stay healthy.
