As a reward for dealing with endless promotion for The History Of Wrestling In 60 Seconds, here's a new Nitro!
This month on Nitro:
-The debut of Dr. Harvey Schiller and his awkward suspension of Eric Bischoff. A suspension that didn't last until the end of that show, but somehow was a win for the Randy Anderson's of the world.
-The Dysfunctional Horsemen angle continues
-The primitive set ups for the Diamond Cutter in comparison to Randy Orton's RKO's
-Jacqueline challenged any man or woman to a match at Uncensored, which led to Disco Inferno quitting because he wouldn't lose to her.
-The all-time legendary trainwreck angle where Roddy Piper entered himself and a third team in the 4-on-4 Uncensored main event, complete with the battle between Piper and 6 men to find his team. Included are Luther Reigns, Roddy's Brutus and Earthquake John Tenta
-The debut of Luna Vachon
-The Spring Breakout 1997 edition of Nitro, going head to head with the 2017 trial between Hulk Hogan and Gawker
-The debut of Dennis Rodman
-The immediate change in Roddy Piper's partners
-The power going out during DDP's interview
-The introduction of Miss Spring Break, who was a teacher and would eventually be arrested for being a sex offender
-Whether or not Roddy Piper should trust The Whoremen.

-Mike Enos finally tries to get revenge for Scott Hall interrupting his match 10 months earlier
-WCW being cool for once
-The worst inset promo ever

You can tell they just picked up Medusa for her star power knowing damn well they didn't have a women's division, with the thought "Well just get more women later". That's what led to the huge hiatus's, they had nobody for her to wrestle.

The whole T-rantula segment was gold.
I would agree that DDP''s Diamond Cutters look less spectacular than Randy Orton's. Instead we could sort of lose ourselves in his matches, because they stayed somewhat realistic.
I've never told a UA-cam channel provider that I love them before... and I won't start now, but I really do enjoy this content and I thank you for it.

Oh and Lee Marshall was not actually 'on the road'. So there was even less sense for having this unfunny clown on TV.

To me the 2 biggest mysteries of 90s wrestling were how the fuck Lex Luger and Ahmed Johnson were so over with the fans... I swear, Luger could have found a kid in the crowd, dragged him to the ring, beat the poor kid senseless and put him in the Rack and the whole crowd would go nuts, including the kid's own parents! My God, the pops this man got

Yeah Craig is cool. I much rather hear him talking more than Vinny. I think Vinny is better in smaller doses, he can be too much alot of the time.
If you watch one of the modern wwe osw-reviews, you can see Craig videobombing a staredown on RAW by smiling and waving as he saw himself on the titantron😂. Vince was reportedly quite pissed bc Craig ruined the shot

Rey and Psicosis did blow quite a few spots. But they made them look 'natural' and I think it actually kinda added to the match, not being a choreographed high-light reel.

T. ranttula wrestled on the local south western pa scene and west Virginia and ohio him and another guy called the soul keeper a undertaker wannabe just like that black undertaker wannabe the soul taker they held shows im my neighborhood a couple times boy it was comical the wannabe vince McMahon of this shit indy company wanted to recruit me and my older brother we was like were good me and my brother were both units at the time i was 6,3 260 my oldet brother was 6,1 330 and we both had wrestling and football backrounds plus boxing training it was comical i was 17 my brother was21 kicked out of iup after being not smart enough to pass his sat to get in to psu after the iup debacle he then was kicked out of juco i was kicked out in 9th grade but we ended up drinking with t.rantula snd soul keeper we ended up smash tnem in a wrestling match in the grass of yhe baseball field next to the carnival for they had the match set up this was at the Pitcairn fair right out side of Pittsburgh in August of ,99 i cant believe ol t.rantulas ass still wrestling does he still dress like a dirty biker 😂

I never realized how utterly essential Vinny is until now. I mean, I knew he was important, but I just skipped ahead 30 minutes because Craig is unlistenable.
