As always big thanks for this. When i see a new one of these on my feed i instantly forget what i original wanted to watch and immediately play this. Good Luck with the podcast too. will def check it out
That's the main reason I started making the files for myself. I wanted to relisten to them and it was annoying downloading an entire B&V Show just to listen to 20 minutes and deleting the file
The Piper angle with his kid and Hogan is one of the things I always point too when defending why I loved Nitro. Piper and Hogan were so good in that segment. WCW went off the rails with Sting vs Hogan at Starcade but it was mostly clicking with me during this stretch.
Definitely I liked the old Nitro crew (minus Larry) Tony and Heenan would bicker a lot especially towards the end but Heenan would genuinely crack me up and the WCW booths never felt as stagy, scripted or overproduced as the current WWE product. They’d try to get the nonsense in the ring over but they didn’t bombard fans with catchphrases and buzzwords and bullshit like today’s Raw. As for Bobby specifically going back and rewatching old WCW I’ve notice he enhances a LOT of the big angles from this to, Goldberg beating Hogan and right down the line. Bobby was an absolute legend.
Has the final review of this been uploaded before separately? This is my first time listening to this compilation and I've definitely heard that review before.
I can’t believe people still take the WWE HOF seriously with people like Koko B Ware, William Perry, Drew Carey, Torrie Wilson, Vince Sr’s limo driver, and god knows who else in there while Demolition, The Rock, Vader and others are not in there. It’s just a token honor given to people, it’s not a legitimate hall of fame. Don’t waste your time being mad about who is or isn’t in it.
@BigBlackBootyDaddy Speaking out of my ass would seem awfully appropriate if adressing your face. Sid was a main-eventer pretty much through-out his career, with the obvious exception being his stint with Spivey and Long. Ron Simmons had a hall of fame career as a single (first black world champion, you should know) and with JBL. Until you get your Mensa card, please refrain from sharing your opinions on intelligence. They're not really supporting your case.
Buttercup III You say it’s hard to take the WWE HOF seriously because of whose in there then complain about guys like the Rock not being in (who’ll eventually go in) and Vader who’ll go in but largely based on his run in Japan and WCW but not his widely disliked WWE run.

Anyone else an F4W subscriber but listening here because it's organized and convenient?

@@ethanhunt3242 Maybe you didn't care for him, but I loved Tenay. He was a part of why I always tried to give TNA a chance for many painful years.

I miss the psychology of ending a match with a gut buster....
Wait, you don’t like matches ending with a Canadian Destroyer off a ladder through a table?!

I can't believe Teddy Long is a Hall of Famer. Did he ever do anything remotely impressive...?
He had a long career
@BigBlackBootyDaddy And do any of these HOF'ers look back at his managerial stint as a career high-light...?
