Ciao Giova, gran bel video come sempre.
This is the best song from her album, I admire how you choose instruments, how you divide instruments into tracks, layers in your head and search for plugin effects to get a brilliant effect of a cover. As a hobby I have been learning to play the keyboard since I was a child but I dream of making music like you. It's great that you show on YT how you creat music. You do a great job. Greetings from Poland :-)
A lot of people know how to produce well, but not all know how to teach. Teaching in my opinion is a gift, and you have it. I have seen every single video on your channel and I also bought your video course. Fantastic investment, keep it up! Orgoglio italiano 🇮🇹
Hi man I don't comment much on youtube often but I wanted to encourage you to keep up the tutorials they are amazing they are a bit more advanced tutorials than what we find on youtube usually and with each of your videos I learn new things. The value provided by your tutorials is insane and thank you so much for that 🙏
thanks mr Badhabit for this tutorials. I have a REQUEST that maybe others will support - it's to upload these finished (mixed and mastered) remakes into google disk for example, that way we could open these projects, listen to finished song from our speakers and compare the "proper" sound to ours and also to discover whole project, click and see. I think that could be the most effective way for us to understand and implement that into our projects, thank you!
yeeeah i am so here for this billie eilish sprint let's gooo it's my favourite song too btw, first heard it while riding a bike in the evening and it just fit perfectly
This is absolutely AMAZING! I have been thinking that I would LOVE to have a tutorial from you where you show your process mixing vocal, I find myself having trouble sticking the voice to the instrumental, like, the vocals sound great by themselves and also the beat, but when you put both together it just feels like cheap glue. Man, you are something else, this sounds crazy
THANKK YOU BRO RIGHT WHEN I WANTED A VIDEO 🙏🙏 YOU ARE SO DAMN TALENTED, WHEN I FOUND YOUR CHANNEL I IMMEDIATELY WATCHED EVERY VID AND I ALREADY SAW A DIFFERENCE IN MY ONE SONGS ❤️❤️
I just found your channel..love it from someone who used the JV1080 and JV 2020 loaded with all the extra cards…and had fun recording my own songs in my little mini studio.. the computer was so so slow ( XP) late 90s. and latency was horrible as the computer could not process the input …I had no idea what I was doing but I did manage to get it all working and edited and merged channels… guitar input and piano input and audio input on a tape driven 4 track… with effects pedals… it’s been years now since I used it….i need to see if my new computer allows hook up… 😅inspiring 😊
Amazing deconstruction and reconstruction! One suggestion if I may give is, please increase the volume of the DAW output a bit more with respect to your VO so we can also hear the instrument sounds better. Thanks 😊
You are crazy man! It sounds super good and I like watching your videos and I see that you know many many things, how many years have you been making music?
Hey, I am trying to recreate this song right now and your video is so helpful. I was wondering if you know what chords you played on the keys for the first verse I can’t seem to find them?
Basic music theory is like 30 minutes of content an a life time of practice. Music production is maybe 5 hours of content and a lifetime of practice. You need to train your ears to reproduce what you’re hearing. It’s a complicated skill but it’s all practice and ear training. Knowing what ear training is and how to do it every day and whenever you listen to music is the key to improving. So yes “music theory” (knowing what you’re hearing and how to make it and how it makes you feel) is essential. Be creative, you’ll figure it out
Yo, the stuff you do is completely insane!!! I really love the way you teach us and you should really do more vids deconstructing, like of Ariana Grande and that. ❤❤❤
There’s never an exact volume, I like to start from like -50db so basically not hearing it at all and I start to bring it in little by little until I feel it’s adding something but not too much! Hope this helps 😎
Yooo, great video! Btw, I don't know how much you try to hide your actual name, and maybe your iPhone doesn't have your name, but if it does, then at 21:51 your first name is visible.
Take the reverb I put on the drums as an example. By doing that, I’m applying reverb in parallel. If I put it directly on the track as an insert, the drums would drown in the reverb! Hope it helps 👌
@@badhabit you can see it in my yt channel man! i used omni tho and addictive drums 2 for the drums instead the linn drum, but you choice looks smarter than mine!

I've just found your video. I'm trying to learn something new so I can improve my songs😅, I've felt stuck for some time
You got this! So glad to help!!
it's well known that Finneas loves Trilian and Omnisphere. I guess your synth preset choice is actually quite accurate.
@@yangjiyangji still waiting for Finneas to confirm if I actually chose the exact ones 😎
Very dope tutorial. I do think the layering of the snares did cause phasing issues in the end tho. The snares sound falls a bit flat in the mix
Thanks so much! And will double check that!!
Can you make a detailed guide on how to learn music production from scratch? And is music theory neeeded?
Basic music theory is like 30 minutes of content an a life time of practice.
Music production is maybe 5 hours of content and a lifetime of practice.
You need to train your ears to reproduce what you’re hearing.
It’s a complicated skill but it’s all practice and ear training.

So yes “music theory” (knowing what you’re hearing and how to make it and how it makes you feel) is essential.

Been using your plugins for years, guitars, bass, LOVE THEM!!
You should recreate Charlie puth and show what his productions are like love the videos very interesting.
Will do for sure! Love Charlie!
can you please more elaborate on sub bass? I want to know the balance between elec bass and sub. How loud was sub?
There’s never an exact volume, I like to start from like -50db so basically not hearing it at all and I start to bring it in little by little until I feel it’s adding something but not too much! Hope this helps 😎

Thank you! Cheers!
is there a uncut version of this?
will share the samples with you guys very soon, but like real soon
Could you remake a tame impala song? like Borderline. I learned alot from your Houdini remake so i thought that could teach some useful stuff too
can you do inbetween - dusty
I want to know that you changed the sound of the omnisphere
Bro How do you know which chords to play by just hearing.By the way love your content. Remake God.

How you doing guys? I got a question about what’s the difference to use the audio effect rack with a chain than put the effects separated?
Take the reverb I put on the drums as an example. By doing that, I’m applying reverb in parallel. If I put it directly on the track as an insert, the drums would drown in the reverb! Hope it helps 👌
